Description of Work: I recommend Reigel electrical services for a variety of reasons. Bill Reigel presented as very professional and easy to speak to. You can depend on a quick response when you call him, and you are inclined to call him if you need more electrical work done. Bill undercut all of his competitors I spoke to on price and the quality of the work Bill did for me is excellent. His team of employees act and work in the same manner.

Description of Work: outside motion light and New generator service and fixed existing outside lights.

Description of Work: Purchased the Whole House Electrical Safety Inspection from Angie's List. They called within a day to schedule the inspection. The owner of the company arrived to do the inspection on time. He was very thorough and helpful, explaining what should be done to resolve any issues. I received a summary of his report within the week.

Description of Work: They installed a new ceiling fan & light fixtures throughout the house.Their work was excellent-so much so that I hired them again to install a new outlet on my deck. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We had just moved into our new house the weekend of 10/18/14 and needed an outlet installed for a new dryer as the house was equipped for gas only. I e-mailed Reigel Electrical Services the morning of 10/22, and received a call back within an hour. "Bill" (I think?) told me that he had some guys already in the area on another job and that he could send them to our house afterward, and they ended up arriving within two hours or so. Installation took maybe two or three hours (the line had to be run from one end of the basement, through floor joists, through a garage wall, over the laundry room ceiling, and down to the dryer location). Bill didn't charge a service fee because the guys were already nearby - just time and materials. We've been using our new dryer without issues ever since. Reigel will definitely be my first choice for our next project! :-)

Description of Work: BILL WAS HIRED TO RELOCATE A CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX FROM ONE LOCATION IN THE BASEMENT TO ANOTHER. THIS INCLUDED SWITCHING METERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE, WORKING WITH PENELEC ON THAT AND RUNNING A LINETO A NEW ENTRY POINT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THEY DID THAT WORK QUICKLY, CLEANLY AND WITH LITTLE OR NO INCONVENIENCE TO THE PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE. BILL IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR AND I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Description of Work: New decorative overhead lighting fixtures to replace the older fixtures in our office.

Description of Work: Called Reigel Electric at the suggestion of someone locally who conducts home inspections. I needed to have a special type of bulb replaced in an exterior safety light, two stories high on an office building, and to have some interior lighting in the office repaired. Bill called, we talked about what needed to be done, he sent an estimate. The exterior safety light goes out about every two years and is a pain in that I have to call someone just to replace the bulb, so Bill gave me some ideas on other lighting that would last a long time and not need bulb replacements. He had the bulb replaced and I will consider changing the safety light next time the bulb needs replaced. His electrician repaired the reception area track lighting and explained about the type of bulbs that must be used in it, so that the dimmer capability works properly.

Description of Work: The problem was with our internet connection through Time Warner. They recommended an electrician. Mr. Reigel was able to determine the problem, run a new cable and get our internet up and running. It has been working well ever since.

Description of Work: Had him out to my home to update the electrical in my home. My home was built in 1937. He was going to charge me over $5000. Until I got 2 more estimates did I realize that he was double of other electricians.
