Reeves Plumbing & Heating is family owned and operated and strives to produce the best quality of plumbing heating and air-conditioning services in the entire area. Reeves also gives back to the community by doing all of the plumbing for Habitat for Humanity. We do roughly two houses a year and feel it is the least we can do for our neighbors. From hard work and dedication our company has grown to the leading Plumbing & Heating company in our area.

I think we found the reviews on Angie's List. He is very easy-going and very easy to talk to. I have only worked with Jeremy. He explains everything and he's happy to show us everything. He listens to our problems and understands exactly what we need. He is very prompt and very courteous. The quality of the work was excellent. I love Reeves Plumbing & Heating. We have used them about four times. It's a very good company. We are very happy with them.
Description of Work: We used Reeves Plumbing & Heating to install a tankless water heater and fix the showerhead in our shower. He also worked on our house humidifier.

When our water heater system stopped working and started leaking, we called Reeve's based on the ratings on Angies List. We were not disappointed. The guy showed up at the agreed time, stepped us through our options, and even did a quick on-the-spot bypass of the bad water tank (it was a dual setup) at no extra cost. We scheduled the installation for two days later. Again, he showed up that morning at the time promised and had things almost entirely installed by the time we got home (including a check valve we asked to have installed in the water supply. We replaced with a tankless system -- it was a high quality unit according to my research on the web -- so after setting up the system to our specifications, showing us how to adjust the setup ourselves, and explaining how to get the most out of the system we were done. It's been almost a month with no problems at all. The installation is clean and neat and the guy was friendly and helpful. A very good experience! I'd recommend this company to my family and friends without hesitation.
Description of Work: Replaced our dual-tank water heater system with a tankless unit, including venting and drainage. Also installed a check valve on our water supply line (for some reason there was never one installed in our line).

I called from this list and they came that same day. The representative went up and called me and told me there was no problem with the tub and that it was an inadaquate shower curtain and an oversplash onto the floor. He made some suggestions needed and reported no plumbing work needed at this time. He was honest he was respectful and he was fast. This is my FIRST call next time I have plumbing issues in two apartment buildings and a commercial building and my own residence. Thank you Angie's List for helping me find Reeves Plumbing and Heating! The best part of the day even better than finding out it was not a plumbing issue.... THEY NEVER CHARGED ME A DIME even after racing out to me when they found out it was a rented unit and that it had been going on for sometime and I needed help.
Description of Work: Called this company per Angie's List for a leak reported by my Tenant from tub. Several Plumbers looked at work prior and could not fix and one even took pay for repair and ran with the money on me.

I called and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Mike, my service tech, was prompt, courteous, humorous and had the job done in no time for a really great price. I was able to leave town on vacation knowing that I would not be coming back home to a problem. I am completely pleased with this experience and would recommend this company to anyone!!
Description of Work: I had a leaking kitchen faucet that needed attention. Before the service tech, Mike showed up, he called to find out whether I wanted him to bring along a replacement faucet. After discussing my options, I chose the replacement of the faucet (Delta) rather than a repair of the existing one and I also had shut-off valves installed under the sink.

Mr Reeves jiggled a loose wire and the furnace started working and then charged me $100.00 (pretty ridiculous). I found out the following season that the furnace was actually turning itself off because of a problem where it was overheating and the flame was actually dangerous. I would never use them again.

I am sorry we did not make this customer happy but his dates are worng for one thing 01/15/2007 the work was done.and this is a copy of invoice. Project service call on Sunday for no heat found loose wire on pressure stitch. Any further problem and unit will need to be replaced. Please note units were dirty and needed to be serviced. He did not want to schedule cleaning on unit.It was a wire on a presure stwich and it worked for a yaer.Try to find another service person to come out on a sunday for emergency service for a cheper rate.

They installed the Tankless Hot Water Heater, took out the old Hot Water Tank. We spoke to them of other plumbing problems we had in the past, so they took the time and checked the pipes. We also, have a floor board cracked and needs to be fixed, so, I asked their Staff to look at moving the pipes and give us a quote, to move pipes, so we could repair floor board. Well, they moved the pipes, same day!! Now that problem with the floor board can be fixed. They finished up by insulating hot water pipes throughout the basement. We will use Reeves Plumbing & Heating in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them to everyone in Erie, PA

OH MY!!!!! Once again Reeves Plumbing are my HEROES!!!!! Jeremy, Rick and Eric, I thank you so much!! I would NEVER call another plumber. I thought they were off the charts when I had to call them before Christmas, but I had another horrible problem today, late afternoon and guess what.., not a problem for them. PRONTO, they were here. ROB, the serviceman, was professional, quick, very knowledgeable and fixed my leaking kitchen faucet! I would definitely ask for him to return in the future.
Description of Work: My KITCHEN FAUCET was beginning to leak. I called around 5PM Friday afternoon and spoke with Jeremy. He asked if this was an emergency or could it wait the weekend. If I could wait, he would schedule me his 1st customer on Monday...being 8AM. No emergency at all. So, at 8AM, I met ROB, very knowledgeable, polite, professional. The job was done quickly and the leak is gone. Jeremy had also sent me a coupon after our initial conversation to take $15 off my costs!!! I am a REPEAT customer and will call again if another problem arises. This company came very highly recommended by my son, who is personal friends of the family.

Jeremy came to the rescue when my furnace broke. I called in morning and Reeves was available that day to come out. The ignitor was broken. I really liked that he had the right part right on his truck and did not have to leave to get it...saving me time and money. He was very nice and curtious and even hooked up a new dryer for me while he was there. From begining to end it only took about 1 hour and I felt the price was reasonable. I would definitely call Reeves again.

They were on time, in budget, quick, considerate and courteous. They are the kind of plumber you always hope for and never hear of. Honestly, they were just fantastic! They cleaned up after themselves. I just can't say enough good things about them.

OFF THE CHART PERFECT...I will call them anytime I need a plumber!!!!!!!!!!!! No one better in my opinion!!!!
Description of Work: I had a terrible situation this weekend with a broken toilet five days before a HUGE Christmas Eve party. I was so worried that I would not be able to get an appt. in time. Not a problem for Rick Reeves! I sent an email and took a chance of calling the office on Sunday and spoke to Rick. He said he would send someone out Monday between 10 and 11am I was so thankful! My phone rang Monday morning early and it was Rick saying he was sending someone right then! That someone was Ray Pearson, my Monday morning angel! He was perfect. He did a spectacular job and from now on will be my requested Reeves plumber. I could not have had a better plumber! I could not have had a better experience than I did with Reeves. They will be my plumbers from now on. They renewed my faith in calling someone for "professional help". Do not hessitate calling Reeves Plumbing, everything about my experience was A+++++++. As in the box prior......a very quick, neat, talented repair man. JAMES will be on the top of my list to ask for if I need anything else fixed.
Description of Work: JAMES removed the toiler, cleaned out the pipe at point of connection, re-seated my toilet. He replaced the tank fill-float, cleaned out the point of connection where the flapper sits. He went into the basement and found the pipe which lead up to the bathroom toilet leaking! His work was very through and professional. JAMES explained all options and exactily what he was going to do. He also replaced a rusted bolt on the toilet that holds the frame to the floor. NO surprises! Now, if anything goes wrong with the toilet, I know that it needs to be replaced....not because of service to it. REEVE'S is a trusted and well staffed business which I will use in the future if any issues arise.

My hot water heater decided to stop working on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that if we called somebody on a Sunday it would be a huge problem and expense. My husband and I are both professionals with very demanding jobs. Reeve's Plumbing came out right away on Monday morning after my husband called, and was able to work around our schedules to install a new hot water tank right away. I plan on calling them with any future plumbing problems.

Joah came in a identfied himself and checked the work to be done. He took time to explain what was needed and was very professional. After the installation he also took the time to explain the operation of and safety features of the unit Cleaned up after he was finished and was kind enough to let our half blind and deaf kitty help him!
