Reeves Plumbing & Heating

They were efficient and on time. They are reasonable and friendly and they only do what they need to do. I didn’t get a quote from anyone else because I had used them in the past. I don’t know how their price is; they could be a little pricey. I would absolutely use them again.

Called on 8/3 with the problem, service tech came that afternoon and tried to repair the draining of the tub. Problem remained and the service tech determined that the drain assembly was the problem. We discussed the options and I told him to replace the assembly. We made an appointment for 8/6 and an estimate of 350.00 was given. The work was completed on 8/6, I had a coupon from Angie for 15.00 and, with a seniors discount the tab was 260.00.

It went fantastically, we are always happy when we use Reeves.

Reeves sent a plumber to snake a backed up drain. The cost was on the high end but I assumed they would do go work so I did not mind paying a little more. However 2 months later it backed up again, Reeves said they would not guarantee their work, so Roto-rooter was called, they said that the reason it backed up again was likely because it was not done right the first time and they did the work for 60 dollars less. I recommend trying someone else first. Also Roto-rooter guaranteed their work for 3 months.

Service man called ahead to let us know he was enroute which was nice. Job was fairly simple and should of taken less than an hour. Was a Friday afternoon and the job seemed to stretch to long as he had to run over half of Erie apparently to find a part that I'm sure he could of gotten at Lowe's 2 miles away. Guy was very friendly and the work was very good just drug on a bit

Overall, the experience was excellent. I logged the service request via the company's website at 6:30am in the morning and I received a call before 7:30am that same day. I described to the rep on the phone the services that I needed and was assured that they could handle my request. Jason arrived at my home shortly after 2:00pm with the required part and immediately commenced with the repairs. All was complete within an hour to my total satisfaction. I would definitely use Reeves Plumbing again.

It went very well at both houses. Very professional and very polite. Will definitely use them again.

Called Reeves Plumbing in a panic on Saturday when an outdoor faucet could not be turned off. Dan arrived within 10 minutes and offered a couple of options for a replacement faucet. He replaced the faucet with an updated model and even added a shut-off valve for that faucet, which we did not have before. The repair was made quickly, with no mess left behind, and I was able to get on with my planned weekend activities within an hour of first discovering the leak.

He was very polite. He got the work done. He actually went the extra mile.

They ended up having to do a lot more work than originally planned. We have used them a couple of times.

Job duties performed accurately and professionally.

I am very happy with their service. He is very reasonably priced. I would use him in the future.

Proposal was explained in detail. Work began on time and proceeded efficiently. Repairs were tested and work areas were cleaned up. No problems whatsoever.

Eric from Reeve's Plumbing came to our house on a Saturday evening and was able to snake our sink line to get us back up and running. I was impressed with how quick they responded and the professionalism in which the work was performed. I would have saved myself a lot of stress I would have called them earlier!

They are professional and easy to talk to. They are a perfectionist company. They are friendly and easy to talk with. They are coming to do more work for me.

They did an estimate for the furnace. I called the company back after they came out to look at the furnace to see if we could work out a payment plan for a new furnace. I did not expect the company to make any exceptions, but I did expect a return phone call. I though it was very rude of them not to the return the call. The techs were very professional and nice. The technicians were fine, but whoever got this phone call did not handle it well.

AWESOME. Our water heater's pilot light went out, luckily we had a warranty and the part was covered and shipped for free from the manufacturer. However, we were still without hot water for three days, which with two preschool- aged children was difficult. As soon as the part arrived I checked Angie's List and saw the reviews for Reeves. I called at approximately 10am, and Ray our technician was here by 1030. The work was done very quickly, safely and professionally. After three days of no hot water, getting the job done fast was my first priority and Reeves was the best answer. So incredibly happy with the service. Should we need plumbing or heat work in the future, Reeves will be our first call. Very satisfied. A+ !

We came home from a trip to find the pump for our baseboard heating had cracked and had a small steady stream of water leaking from it - luckily going into a drain in the laundry room on the basement floor. We initially called a different plumbing company recommended by one of our friends. They took a few hours to call back but told us they weren't available and would call the next morning... So we waited until the next afternoon and still didn't receive a call. As such, we signed up for Angie's List and found the great reviews for Reeve's, so we decided to give them a shot. And we are so, so happy we did!!! Within a couple hours of calling, we had someone (Rick) in our home making the necessary repairs. He was great - friendly, cheerful, and thorough. Rick quickly replaced the broken pump and even cleaned up the basement floor where the old, rusty water had leaked. He then took the time to show my wife and I how to bleed the pipes of air that had gotten into them because of the leak. He went throughout our entire house, making sure each room was bled and being heated as it should be. He also informed us of some impending repairs that would probably need to be done in the future, but did not push the issue or try to upsell us on anything we didn't absolutely need. I would definitely recommend Reeve's for any of your plumbing needs. I know we will be calling them again with any problems or updates we need in the future! Thanks Rick and Reeve's!!!

I called the company Tuesday afternoon and they told me they could have some one here at 8:30 on Wednesday. Jason arrived promptly and asked what the problem was. He then started in working immediately and solved the problem.

I am completely satisfied and will definitely call them again for my next plumbing job. They are reasonable, prompt and know what they are doing.

I call Reeves at 8:30 a.m. and was able to make an an appoitntment for the same day for 2:30 p.m. At 2:30, Jeremy called to ask exactly what the problem was and to make sure I was ready for him and arrived several minutes later. He came with the necessary parts and made sure he put booties on so as not to track dirt into the house. He diagnosed the problem and put in the necessary parts. Because one of the parts (flapper) was a little too large, he called a supplier and went and got the proper flapper, came back, installed it, made sure it was working properly and cleaned up the bathroom. Jeremy was wonderful. He explained what had happened to the broken parts and why the had to be replaced. He was professional and extremely personable. I would recommend Jeremy and Reeve's to anyone..........and will!

Took longer to fix (3 trips) than I would have liked but that was more the fault of a cheaper pump than Reves plumbing (you do get what you pay for). Kept replacing it until I was satisfied and the job was fixed. Great company - highly recommend them.
