Description of Work: The quote that was given for the work was very close to the amount that was spent on our bathrooms. They installed 3 new toilets, a pedal stool sink, tub,vanity, mirror and flooring. Rob was very good with recommendations for faucets, and flooring. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company and ask for Rob to do the work.

Description of Work: The plumbers came out twice. They were very professional and friendly. I had water around my heater. Turns out that it was an overhead pipe in the basement that had a hole in it, as well as a clog. Repairs were made...problem solved. They are great.

Description of Work: Came to look into a problem with radiators in one zone of the house. Quickly saw that pipes needed to be bled. Charged the hourly labor rate but waived the diagnostic fee I had already agreed to pay, saying that no real diagnosis had been necessary. | |I will have them back to do a repair and upgrade on a bathroom in the near future.

Description of Work: Had major fixture issues in my shower. Fixtures were poorly installed and very old. Removal was very difficult. The plumber removed old and installed new.Had a minor issue with the final product requiring some rework.A craftsman was here within 2 hours of my call and took care of the problem. Workers were friendly and professional. I am happy with the service.

Description of Work: I used to call these guys all the time. Then the prices began escalating. I then required that they submit an estimate that they then always exceeded. Too bad, I liked these people alot for a long time. End of an era, end of the story.

 + 1 moreMy girlfriend and I were freaking out because we have family coming over this weekend and they are going to be staying the night. We noticed this morning that the bath tube was not draining as fast as it usually did. When I got home from work I noticed that there was still water in the tub. I picked up the phone and called Reeves Plumbing & Heating. They had a gentleman there in about 15 minutes, He knew exactly what it was and did'nt give me any bull. Mr. Reeves told me it would take about 20 minutes and the next thing I knew he was gone in 10. The basement was clean and the water was going down the tub faster then before.
Description of Work: Mr.J. Reeves ran a snake down the pipe of my bathtub.

Description of Work: They were great! They are now the only company we use for plumbing and heating. I call because my outdoor fausets we leaking and cracked. Josh was great to take the time to explain what need to be done and quote a more then fair price. I was so inpressed that I had his also look at a problem I was just going to fix myself but they again quoted a great price I had them so it to. It was a pump on the heater to the sunpump was burned out the replaced it in no time. I have recommed them to all my friends and family. They are a must use!

 + -1 moreReeves does a good job of selling and installing, but they are unwilling to do repair work. The contractor I did get said he would not have sold me the furnace I bought, saying it is overpriced. I won't call Reeves again.
Description of Work: I called Reeves because my A/C was leaking condensation. They had installed a new furnace for me last year, and I was satisfied with their work then. The serviceman came, looked at the problem and said he was going to see if he could get a replacement part (the condensation reservoir had rusted out), but first asked, "HOW MANY SQUARE FEET IS YOUR HOME?" He had no intention of fixing the problem, but rather selling me a new A/C. He came back into the house, said the part was not available, but would sell me a $2900 new system. I declined. I called Gallagher Plumbing, and Chris Gallagher made the repairs for $100, stopped the leak and the house is nice and cool. Guess who I will call next time?

 + 0 moreI went on Angie's List and saw that they had a good rating so I used them. They were quick to respond, they came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem. They told me what needed to be done so I said "Let's do it". It was a big job and they spent the entire next day replacing my pump.
Description of Work: Reeves Plumbing & Heating replaced my water pump after a lightning strike blew out my well pump.

 + 0 moreI was very pleased with the entire installation. They were very efficient. If I had any questions regarding the new furnace or the installation they explained so I understood. I am so happy with the new furnace. Our house never gets cold then hot like it did with the old furnace. It always stays at a constant temperature. The furnace that was installed is very quiet, I can never tell if the furnace is running, or if just the fan. I highly recommend Reeves Plumbing and Heating.
