Description of Work: I had a chronic leak in my bathroom, of unknown origin. Reeves cut a small opening in my kitchen ceiling to search for the leak. | |They were neat and clean, informative, and listened closely to my needs in evaluating and recommending the fix. | |A+ !

Description of Work: Replace fan motor on furnace. In an emergency. Tech figured it out right away and knew they had the part at the shop and fixed it very fast.

Description of Work: Reeves came to check my furnace. They were punctual and answered all my questions. I am in their system so they call me to schedule an appointment to check my furnace and air conditioner, I don't have to think about it.

Description of Work: Fixed the leaky faucet. Good job. |Reset the toilet and replaced the connection. Toilet was replaced slightly at an angle but they came back and made it right. Office staff also great.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our basement from pipes the day before. The plumber couldn't re-create the leak, but only charged 1/2 of a house call fee and said that if the leak returns and they perform the fix, they would credit my initial payment toward the price of the fix. That satisfied me. I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Repaired air conditioning. Another service said it needed to be replaced. It was only a fan.

Description of Work: replaced a part in my toilet put a shut off for my toilet and removed |an old shower unit and capped the pipes.

Description of Work: I called because we had a leaky showerhead and filter. When the repairman came he said that the filter was defective and suggested that I take it back to the store for a refund. He put the showerhead back together and gave me coupons for future services. All in all a very good experience.

Description of Work: Our boiler was not working properly, we had gotten an estimate from another service that said we needed a new boiler, the one we had was obsolete & could not get parts for it. We wanted a second opinion, called Reeves, they had what was needed at their office (NOT the part the other guys said), went to the office that moment & fixed it that day. They also noticed another potential problem and made an appointment with us to fix that about a week later when that part came in. The whole thing cost us $350, which is one heck of alot cheaper than having a new boiler installed. The employees were friendly, patient with explaining the problems, prompt, courteous. I honestly can't say enough about how good they were.

Description of Work: Dan came to my house to check a leaking faucet in my tub on 2/28. Because of the age of the tub valve, he told me it all had to be replaced as they did not make the necessary parts any more, although he did try to track one down to no avail. He told me what it would cost if he provided the new valve and tub spout or told me I could buy one myself and Reeves would install it. He gave me the cost for both options. We made an appointment for a follow up installation on 3/1. Jason called to see if it was still a good time for me and arrived at the time we scheduled. He was extremely professional, polite and neat. He had the job done in no time. I was very satisfied wth both Dan and Jason and would highly recommend either of them. This is my second experience with Reeves and they are the best!

Description of Work: On Monday 12/6 Josh completed plumbing in bathrroom and kitchen, sink faucet was wrong type and weather was bad. Josh returned my faucet I bought and purchased another faucet which he had to drive to Lowes in bad weather. I still seemed to have a leak so reeves sent Mike to my house on 12/9, he spent time trying to find leak, fixed small things that may be problem was here for at least an hour and they never charged. He also gave me ways to figure out what may be leaking if it happens again. Thank You very much for the help and professionalism. Cindy Mellott

Description of Work: i had drains backing up in the kitchen, mike came in, cleaned them, explained the process doubled checked when he was done and cleaned up as he went along. ii also had a gentleman hear to clean and inspect my boiler which was a good thing as it has a carbon monoxide leak and they are repairing that as well. i wouldnt call any other plumbing or heating contractor. they have been here over the years for many different things and are always timely, professional, courteous and reasonable

Description of Work: We only tried to get a quote. The son, Jeremy Reeves, came to do the quote. He was nice, and accomodated our schedule in stopping by. We have about 10 smaller things we wanted repaired. He was somewhat inexperienced - for example, I asked for Culligan water filter to be installed, he said he could do it, but a week later he called and said they could not do it because they did not represent culligan. Jeremy was unable to send us a quote. He called a few times with questions. He said he would have us a quote in a couple of days. But after 3 weeks, we still did not have a quote.
