They did a good job. They have several bench jewelers on site usually more than one at a time. They do good work. They do good design and they teach classes. I have not really found any problems with what they have.
Description of Work: We did have a jeweler repair my husband’s pocket watch several years ago and we used Ralph Miller Jewelers.

I just want to say I found Ralph Miller Jewelers through Angie's List, and they are wonderful. I would (and will) go back again and again.
Description of Work: In 2012 we bought an engagement ring. We have since returned for additional purchases. An anniversary ring, earrings, other jewelry. We don't feel the need to go anywhere else for jewelry purchases or repairs and recommend Ralph Miller Jewelers to anyone looking for a reputable jeweler with quality merchandise. We have not yet taken advantage of this service, but the owners also custom design jewelry. So whether you are looking for something traditional or a one-of-a-kind item of jewelry or artwork, Ralph Miller Jewelry either has, or can get, everything you need. It's a family business, locally owned and operated, which is also a big plus in our book. Shop local. Support your local community.

They were designing jewelers so they can help me with specific request. They also have a fake stuff. They were knowledgeable. They had several jewelers on staff so if I do not like somebody stylistically I can get somebody better. I took a couple for there when they were shopping for an engagement ring and they were thrilled. So they managed to find exactly what they wanted even though they did not know what they wanted before they got there. I referred four to five people there with different challenges and everybody was very happy. I am very happy recommending anybody to them.
