I have used Raley’s for several years. This past year I had Doug & his assistant to clean my carpets after some remodeling. They were prompt, very friendly, and got out several stains in my Berber Carpet. I was THRILLED especially since I had family arriving. I would highly recommend Raley’s.

Great company to work with. Doug was very friendly, prompt returning phone calls, showing up for estimate and cleaning. He and his partner (forgot name, sorry) very easy to work with. They were efficient. They cleaned, sanitized and deodorized ancient carpet on our main floor that took the beating from 4 kids and countless pets. The carpet looks and smells great. We’re one step closer to putting our house on the market.

Raley's is the company you need to call if your carpets are unsalvageable. Over a period of three years, we managed to grind dirt, grass and mud, tar from the road, grease from a treadmill, permanent marker, and various other unknown substances into a very light, oyster colored carpet in my downstairs living area. We tried every recommended product possible, and were reluctantly about to have the carpet replaced. Fortunately, a friend recommended Raley's. I don't know how Doug did it, but the carpet is now as clean as it was when we moved in, with absolutely no marks or dark traces. The cost of cleaning the carpet was far less expensive than the cost of all of the "guaranteed" products that we had bought over the years, too. Do yourself a favor and call Doug at Raley's; he'll save your carpet and also save you money!

As always, Doug and his assistant, Rick, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They worked efficiently, yet all items, carpeting and several upholstered furniture items, were thoroughly cleaned . I highly recommend Raley's . We have used their services in our home and office for many years and have never been disappointed. From scheduling with Patty to the actual services performed by Doug and Rick, we are always appreciative of how polite and professional they are.

Both Vic and Doug came to do the job. They were punctual (actually a little ahead of time), quickly assessed the work to be done, and cleaned both rooms in a little over 2 hours. They work very hard to get every bit of dirt and spots out, going over soiled areas as many times as necessary. They had to move some pieces of furniture and were very careful to leave carpet protectors under each leg. They are very professional, yet friendly, to deal with. We have used their services for about 5 years now.

Vic is a total professional. He came in and was courteous and attentive to detail, moved some furniture and did a great job of cleaning all we needed him to do. He is a very trustworthy and honest cleaner. His rates are average for what he does, but his work is superlative. I would recommend him 100%.

Sheryl and another gal came just as promised and in 3 hours cleaned the unit from top to bottom, including Windows, ceiling fans, and appliances. The next day Vic and his co-worker cleaned all the carpeting and got out some nasty grease spots. We could not have been happier.

He explained it to me and went through the whole house. He was very, very thorough and I will be using him in April. His bid was pretty reasonable for everything he will be doing and it included a 20% discount, which I thought was very nice. He was fantastic; very professional but very personable and also very serious and committed about the job that he does. His responsiveness was perfect; he was very responsive. I like him very much.

We are very pleased with the cleaning. There were some difficult spots that came clean and overall the furniture looks great.

Mostly smooth, needed to outline exactly how and what to clean. First time using this company, not unusual in getting acquainted.

The 2 gentlemen arrived right on time and began working within minutes. They worked at a very steady pace and the job they did was very thorough. We were really pleased with the job they did and we would highly recommend Raley's.

We had been putting off getting the carpets cleaned in the office and had Raley's come out and quote on the job. We had it done over the Labor Day weekend. They edge brushed the carpets, vacuumed, pre-treated many, many stains from dropped food stains to oil based stains from the shop folks walking in onto the carpets. They then pre-scrubbed it all and then cleaned it. When we walked in this morning, we were all amazed at how great it looks. For cleaning, they did what the consider a restorative office cleaning. It is just beautiful looking. They brought in floor scrubbers for the linoleum in the rest rooms & kitchen area - those floors look brand new. I guess one good testament was that I heard 2-3 people asking them today if they cleaned houses. They were that impressed that they would want them in their own homes.
