Mr. Raley and his helper arrived on time. They were very professional and did a beautiful job cleaning my carpet. It looked like new. I was amazed. They helped move some of the furniture and then put it all back. They were very friendly and I was happy with the results. I would have them again.

Vic and Doug are the best at what they do. Courteous, and kind. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. I have tried others and from now on will only use Raley's.

I would highly recommend this company. Vic came to our house to evaluate and provide estimate. He was professional, punctual, and honest. The day of service the technician was on time. He clearly explained what he would be doing (which Vic had done earlier), and got right to work. Our carpets have never looked better.

I recently purchased a home, and wanted to have a good carpet cleaning prior to moving into the home. From the initial phone call customer service was exceptional!! Vic came out and did a thorough inspection of the carpets. He addressed any concerns I had at that time and prior to leaving he left me a price quote. He was not at all pushy and I felt comfortable that he was more knowledgeable than an other carpet cleaners I had spoken to. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. On the day of the cleaning, the gentleman who completed the cleaning arrived promptly and quickly had all the necessary items to complete the job. He brushed the baseboards, swept the carpets, and applied spot treatments. After cleaning he advised me of a stain in the kitchen he was having trouble removing, but after applying some special spot remover, I was not even able to see where the stain had been. He then raked the carpet so that it looked brand new! I have already recommended Raley's Carpet Cleaning to two people, and would definitely use them again.

Vic was extremely considerate, prompt and effective. All of the above mentioned areas were around 20 years old and my husband and I were debating on whether to attempt to clean them or just buy new. So glad we opted to try cleaning them first. They look great! Cost was reasonable, especially for the amount of time he spent working on the carpets and upholstery. Have already recommended him to friends.

We have used Raley's in the past and was the first phone call we made when the carpets in our new house needed to be cleaned. I wasn't sure how much square footage was involved, so Vic personally came over to take measurements and provided a free, detailed estimate. As always, we received professional service and the utmost care to our furniture and belongings. We wouldn't hesitate to call Raley's back to perform other work at our house.

Vic Raley came and gave an estimate on a Monday and was able to get me schedules for carpet cleaning the same week. Vic and Doug came on Saturday and cleaned the living room carpet, office carpet and second floor landing. They were punctual, friendly and really did a great job. They moved the furniture, cleaned the carpets, and placed blocks under the furniture legs and returned the furniture to its place. It was a relief not to have to move the furniture myself.

My daughter recently purchased a new home with off white carpeting. They have 3 boys under the age of 6 and the carpeting had definately seen better days. I contacted Raley's and scheduled an appointment to get her carpeting cleaned. They arrived on time, were professional and took their time. They spent extra effort on the heavily soiled areas and it showed in the final results. When I arrived at the end of the day, the carpeting was beautiful. Looked almost new, was soft and bouncy again and the home smelled wonderful. We are very pleased with the staff, service and the results. I would highly recommend them and will definately use them again.

They arrived at scheduled time. Moved the furniture and vacuumed and the cleaned the carpeting. They also put paper under the legs of the furniture to protect as well. They were very courteous and professional. Will be calling them again.

Vic Raley was able to perform a miracle on our carpet! We moved here a year ago & the living room/dining room/hall carpet (approx. 22yrs old) was looking terrible - stains/splotches everywhere. 1 day later and the carpet looks clean - uniform color, it's soft & smells great. I highly recommend Raley's.

Vic arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment time and immediately went to work vacuuming the areas, putting protective shields under the furniture and applying spot removal solution as needed. He was extremely professional and efficient and the results were excellent. The carpets dried quickly and looked wonderful when he was finished.
