Presque Isle Hot Tubs

Description of Work: As part of the purchase, we were responsible for upgrading our electric service and getting electricity run to the hot tub area. After this we scheduled delivery, we were informed that they were short on installation personnel as they were working out of town, but were able to schedule us in on a Friday afternoon. They arrived later as they apparently had trouble with the previous install. We had purchased a floor model and it apparently had a problem with the pump. Mark worked on this through the evening, had to leave for another install, but came back with a flashlight to further diagnose the problem. Initially thought it was an electric company issue, and said they would call the electric company and get it worked out, but came back saturday with a new pump and different test equipment. They spent a good part of the morning draining the tub and replacing the pump. They refilled and everything has been wonderful for the last year plus. I believe most places would have left right away and rescheuled for Monday. I was very happy that Mark came back, made a dedicated effort to try and fix it Friday night, and then to come back first thing Saturday Morning showed he really cares about his customers and will do what it takes to get the job done.

Description of Work: I have used this service provider for years- ever since I bought my spa. I have never had any difficulties- in fact, they have one of the best service techs ever.
