Very prompt, very professional, was very honest about problem, helped me find a new washer, provided recommendations, Will hire again!

Polite, prompt, reasonable price, replaced the igniter so dryer had heat again and told me duct work had lint in it and left it unhooked exhausting hot damp air into basement saying it was okay to use it that way. Now if I want the duct work fixed I must call someone else and pay for another service call charge just for them to come to the house and look at it.

The price was much less than other comparable services. Very prompt and professional. Will most definitely hire again!!!!

It went beautifully. The owner responded and was at my house within an hour's time. He went above and beyond, cleaned everything out, found the problem (the motherboard for the fridge) and got it so it would work or us for a week or two until we could make other arrangements. He was very honest about replacement and very fair in pricing.

They young man was very professional who came within 2 hours of me calling their office. He told me what was wrong with washer and fixed it with no messy to clean up . It was a very fast fix.. I am thankful today.. 5 stars to Pinales Appliance

Louis was very pleasant and offered to get out to help me by today or tomorrow. They have a policy to come out the same day and if they can't they make sure to come out the next day. They were able to come out to my house the same day. They started with my dryer and spent a couple hours replacing a part and making sure it was repaired. It worked good when they were done. Then he started to look at the refrigerator but needed to get special parts for it. He came out promptly the next morning and spent more time repairing my refrigerator. He didn't charge me very much either day and he was polite and honest. He went over and explained everything he had done. I would highly recommend this group. They followed through with what they said they would do and did good work.

Awesome and friendly service! After 3 failed attempts with another company, Pinnales came in quick and repaired my dryer! Definitely will use them in the future and recommend them to others!

When I called they came over the same day. Louis was very courteous and discovered the problem quickly. He gave me the estimate, left for parts, and the problem was fixed. I was impressed with the service.

I noticed a puddle of water beneath my refrigerator this morning. I attempted to locate the problem on my own, but was unable. I called Pinales Appliance Service and spoke with Pedro. After explaining my problem, he was at my home within 45 minutes. He introduced himself, was very polite, and went right to work figuring out the problem. He did this within about 15 minutes, and quoted us a cost for the repair (including 1 part that was no longer functioning, and 1 part that was suspect). Not wanting to take any chances, we opted to have both items replaced. Pedro left to purchase the necessary parts, and returned within an hour. 30 minutes later the repair was complete, and our freezer is fully functional again. The service we received was nothing short of First Class, Highly Professional, and Amazing!!! I would highly recommend Panales to anyone in need of appliance service and/or repair.

The previous night my washer had overflowed and i had quite a mess. I decided that Monday morning i would call someone in. After going on Angie's list i gave Pinales a call. They said they could send someone out that morning, awesome. An hour later their tech was here and went right to work. He found out that it was just a hose that had come off and he repaired it. We were up and running in no time. Very professional, very courteious, great job, I would hire again.

The oven in our gas range hadn't worked for over 3 months, so we bought a new gas range and it was delivered on September 19th. We were told we had to get someone else to hook the range up since the delivery people could not do it. So, we called Pinales Applicance Services to see if they could come out and hook it up for us that same day. In approximately an hour and a half after our call, a serviceman showed up and had our range hooked up and working within an hour. He made sure everything was working correctly and took time to answer any questions we had regarding the range. He also removed our old range for us. He was extremely polite, respectful and helpful and would we recommend Pinales Appliance Services to our friends or call them again - YES without hesitation. This was accomplished so quickly that we had our first oven baked meal that same evening and it was delicious.

Called on recommendation of an acquaintenance. Call back within the hour to schedule the repair. Repair accomplished in 1/2 hour later. Courteous, prompt, effective service at a reasonable price. Repair main even helped me move/replace unit to clean vent pipe. Very satisfied customer!
