In August, 2016 Eric came out at my request to investigate one new leak and a recurring leak that has plagued us intermittently since the roof was installed. Early on he did try to resolve this leak (unsuccessfully) by applying a bead of caulk along a valley. In the meeting last August he suggested tearing out the whole valley, installing a long strip of copper flashing and re-shingling the valley for $1486.92. When I declined this resolution out of concern that it would create an eyesore because the new shingles would not match the surrounding shingles he agreed and gave me his word that instead he would just rework the recurring leak area at his own expense. I have called multiple times since then and have been told he will be coming but it has been one year now and he has yet to call or show up. When sitting in our living room back in 2007 we discussed the copper flashing we wanted around the large chimney. Eric commented that this kind of detail work was his "forte". When it came time to flash the chimney the work was done by a brick mason he subcontracted to replace some damaged bricks in the chimney. His flashing job looked terrible and had to be removed and redone. This time the job was passable but still nothing to brag about quality wise. There is a lack of integrity here that consumers need to be wary of.

Eric, Billy and crew are awesome, patient, responsive, detail oriented, clean and true craftsmen. This is not the cheapest game in town, but you get what you pay for, and I would not have anyone else work on my home.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, work ethic and at the moment we love the roof. They are finishing up by replacing sofits and gutters now. So far, we've been very pleased.
