Description of Work: I set up an appointment in advance for estimate before my work hours. They called 10 minutes before the were supposed to be there and told me they were running late; it was obvious they hasn't left the shop. I told them I had to get my kids to day care, I couldn't wait. They never called me back.

 + -1 moreThe job was done on time and on budget. But I had to call them back to seal a leak on one of the downspouts several times before it was finally fixed. After they received my payment I could not get them to fix the leak in a corner piece of the newly installed gutter that I found about a week later on the 1st floor. They would not return my phone calls. After this experience I would not use this company again. I came through on my part with the $1,030.00 payment, but they did not.
Description of Work: I had a leaf guard placed on all the upper floor gutters also had new gutters placed on the 1st and 2nd floors in the front of the house.
