i had janco construction come out to look at a roof what i wanted done was to cover a lower pitched roof that always leaked . i wanted to come down with one pitch from the other roof to do away with the lower roof that was a added on room .then i wanted a roof over my deck this would have been all new .what it all came down to is he wanted to do what he wanted and not what i wanted .The estimate he gave for the work he wanted to do was a fair price but it was not what i wanted done .I did not have him do the work but i would have him come back when i have other work to do

They were prompt, did what they needed to do, and followed up to be sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. They were very neat and took great care to make sure nothing was damaged while they worked and cleaned up each day when they were done. They also went the extra mile on the interior finish, working on a Saturday to get the job done on time.

Brad was probably one of the nicest people I’ve worked along with in my life. He did anything that needed to be done, and if I changed something, he went with the flow.
