The crew did the work in a very fast, efficient, through and complete manner. Afyer our first scheduled job time had to be cancelled because of a VERY SEVERE windstorm about when we had planned to do the job, they had to service others with trees on their houses or such and I completely understood why my job had to be rescheduled. When it was time, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely professional and answered my questions, followed my instructions and were just plain great. This is the second job that J Thomas did for me in a couple of years and I will always place them first on my list when the next tree job is needed.

I am so very disappointed in this company. When I tried to set up an appointment to get a quote he left it open for any day last week so I basically put my week on hold waiting every day after work for someone to come and no one ever did. I told whoever I talked to that I worked all week during the day so could only meet after work at around 5:30 and he said that would be fine but the next day I had a voicemail from another person, from the company, during the day saying that they were in my neighborhood and wanted to know if I was home and if they didnt hear back from me within 20 mins (I didnt get the message until more than 20 mins later) then they would come at 5:30. I waited all week for someone to show up and they didnt so I lost a week of time that I could have called someone else This is no way to do business. Apparently they dont need new customers. I was recommended to them by one of their customers and I will be sure to tell them how disrespectful they were of my time.

They were very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the workers. They cleaned up all debri removed from my tree.

The service was performed. Customer service was bad, in that, although I may be wrong, owner spoke down to me like I was an IDIOT. And even though I may have been wrong and I was an idiot he had to make sure that he pointed it out so I would say that his customer relationship was bad and he didn't need to talk down to me to prove he was right. I owned a business for forty years and even when the Customer was WRONG I still treated them with respect.

All work was done as advertised and?or quoted. Some lawn damage occurred and noted.. J. Thomas Tree Service hired a professional Landscaping Firm to repair the damage. That was done to complete satisfaction. I would hire J.Thomas Tree Service again.!

Took down one tree late in the afternoon and the next day had 2 crews and completed the job. Was professionally done in a timely manner.

I hired the J Thomas Tree Service to remove the limbs that has for years hung over my house and ruined the roof and gutters. After some initial disagreement about what needed to be done, JTTS completed the job in an exceptional way. This is a company that stands for customer service being a top priority. They have the equipment and machinery to get any and every job done; their crew works safely and well together; they didn’t leave until they knew that I was satisfied; and they clean up afterwards so you hardly knew that they were there. I can with good conscience recommend the J Thomas Tree Service and would use them again

Jake came out and gave me an estimate and told me what he would have to do. The tree had been not been taken care of properly. Even after the job, I had questions/concerns, he returned to the house took pictures and explained to me what they did and why.

The work went perfectly. The men were professional and really knew what they were doing. The cleaned up when they were done. I could not have been more pleased with their quality of work.

Went well ~ the crew was very nice & professional, when they came they asked what I needed done, I did a walk around my yard with all of them & showed them, they later came to the door & asked my permission to drive on my yard so they could use their shredder & they were in & out in a few hours.

They were very nice and cleaned everything up.

He's a nice guy. He's one of my students. They came in and they were quick and that's how helpful they are. If things have to be done I would guarantee to call them again.

They came with all the equipment and plenty of manpower. They attacked our job very efficently and are true pro's. I can't believe how they swing around in the trees like monkeys with chain saws. It was very interesting. We are very pleased with them, we would recomend them to anyone.

Excellent and quick removal of trees and stumps. Very professional evaluation and advice. Excellent communication and clear billing. My only criticism is that they could not give me a date that they would perform their services, and when they did come it was at a very inconvenient time for me. Other than that, they were excellent. I will definitely be using their services again.

They're pretty good. They were very professional. They definitely knew what they were doing. Their pricing is one of the reasons why we went with them. They did a very good job.

We agreed to the estimate and two days later the crew arrived. They had a clear idea of what to cut. They wore appropriate safety gear for the job. We had to go to an appointment and they got down to work. When we returned the job was done, the property was neat, and all branches, tree trunks, etc. were gone. The only thing that had not been done was the stump grinding which we learned is a separate operation. That man came Monday and finished the job. We have used J. Thomas tree service twice over the years and will definitely do so again. We received our bill and there were no surprises in it. It was a good experience.

They did great. We actually had them come back for something else. We were really pleased. They were in and out of there. It is kind of tight at the end of our driveway, but they got all the equipment in. They did a real nice job of cleaning up. When I called, he took my call and I appreciated that. They came when they said and they were out when they said.

ARRIVED ON TIME. TOOK TREES OUT SWIFTLY, EFFICIENTLY AND SAFELY. REMOVED TREES AND DEBRIS. CLEANED UP PROPERTY. FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE. DEPENDABLE SERVICE. HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. EXCELLENT WORK.

They gave me options for how much to do and prices for each option. They said they used trained arborists and it appears they do form the results. Threes were well-shaped and easy to walk under while mowing the lawn. They did the job on time and cleaned up everything nicely. There was a marked improvement in the appearance of the property when they were done. It cost a lot more than just trimming things up as I was offered by another company, but it seemed worth it.

Everything was done as they said! They cleaned out the fruit trees and made them thrive. We also had several tree stumps removed. They took care of the clean up too!

They had a big crane and were able to reach over my garage and remove the main trunk without disturbing anything else. They had several arborists working on the branches and cleared everything out in short order. In short a very competent, professional team!

This was not the case! Eventually the job was completed properly, but the experience was difficult and not something I'd want to repeat.

I recently used J Thomas Tree Service and they were outstanding. My wife and I recently downsized and purchased a home that has two beautiful oak trees, a very thick linden, and a sick old cherry tree. I called and Jacob Thomas, the owner, came out immdeitaley to quote the job. Jacob (and a lot of his crew) is a profesional and certified aborist. After I got done explaining what I wanted cut...Jacob asked if he could provide his input. After about two sentences I realized I had no clue what I was talking about and would have probably killed the trees if I did the job. Bottom line....his crews arrived when he told me they would. A crew of 4 was professionally dressed with all the proper safety attire and all their equipment and trucks were well maintained and professionally identified. The entire crew was extremely polite and answered our many questions on tree and lawn care. And, in true Boy Scout fashion, left our property cleaner than what they found it. The "stump" removal team followed in less than a week and their work was first rate too. They were true to their word that we would not recieve an invoice until the entire job was complete. This is an outstanding crew and you will not go wrong consulting and using them.
