He gave me a quote one day and was there the next day to take care of it. They even picked up all the small branches that were scattered all over the yard.

Excellent. It was a big job and the crew were polite and work efficiently. It took 3 days and they cleaned the work site each evening. I am sure the walls will be there for another 30 years.

We waited an hour for the representative to show up and then spent an hour going over what work we wanted done. He said we would have a quote in a week. Nothing yet, it has been 4 months now. We wasted 2 hours and never received a quote from them.

He was over 30 minute late for appointment with a barely mumbled "sorry". Once we explained what we wanted done, he made a couple measurements with very limited verbal communication, even after we pointed out some things that could be difficult Then he said he'd "shoot something in the mail" and left. After two weeks of not receiving any communication, I called and asked about the estimate. The gentleman who answered the phone (and originally scheduled the estimate) said he didn't know anything, and that it was "Peter's job". It seems that Peter was only in the office "before 8:00 or after 5:00". When I asked if Peter could contact me, I was told he would give him a message. A week+ later and I still have not heard anything. If they were not interested in the job they could have just said it at the beginning and saved us weeks of waiting for nothing. I originally contacted J.J. Wurst Landscaping because they had a high rating on Angie's List. Possibly they do good work if they are interested.

Timely estimating and service. Described a general plan for reducing flower borders which they carried out on verbal description due to expertise.

Very satisfactory. They come and work well and clean up nicely.

They are very nice, do a very good job, and they are very reliable.
