Because of my HOA and the many problems presented by them, the agent,Mary Coleman had to overcome them all to sell my home basically as is. Mary did such a commendable job with us having left the home in Erie, Pa and leaving her to handle everything. If you live in the Erie area, and want to sell your home, you will not find a better, more professional agent than Mary and Howard Hanna

Excellent service. Mary Coleman, my agent, listed the house in approximately May 2015 and the closing, on the sale of the house, was July 31, 2015. This was a particularly difficult sale due to legal issues with the estate. Also, a member of the family was living in the house during the time that it was for sale! Mary was available to us, literally, every minute of the day, carried out all duties with total kindness and professionalism, and never once lost patience with all our questions or concerns.
