+ 0 moreI am definitely pleased with the deck. It is about 20' x 25' and required an almost complete rebuild. There turned out to be remains of a concrete patio under the old deck, which they had to break up in order to place support posts. The job took about 5 days, and they hauled away all the old deck material and some old railroad ties also. They also discovered a leaky gas pipe! Everyone was friendly and professional, and the final price was just under the estimate. I plan to hire them again next year to replace the front deck.

Description of Work: demo off railing on existing deck and retrofitted a lower level to it, expanding the overall size of the deck. added a 2 step transition from new lower level to old upper level. added 2 staircases with railings. took awhile to get it started (permit delay, scheduling, etc.) but once started went pretty well. did have to return once after it was done to resand some of the railings (owner's son came and resanded almost the entire deck instead). very nice owner and crew. professional estimates with CAD drawings and cost breakdown list. even got a christmas card that year! nice, personal service. would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: We had vinyl siding installed on the garage and house. We also had a bedroom addition put on the back of the house with a custom built closet. The porch was updated with new railings and posts. Everything turned out great.

I was originally scheduled for work to begin August 25 but when I mentioned I'd be going back to work around then they rearranged THEIR schedule to accommodate ME They removed my 100 year old badly rotted porch and replaced it with new framing, lattice work, posts,rails, stairs and decking. Every aspect of the job was handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The work was very well done and the porch looks amazing! I couldn't be happier and would use them again in a heartbeat!!
