Michael was very patient when instructing me on the steps to take to perform the tasks I needed to accomplish on the computer. Pretty sure he is a computer Geek and a very nice one!
Description of Work: Michael solved several computer problems and now things are running smoothly.

Description of Work: ETS scanned my five-year-old laptop and confirmed what I already suspected: it was time for an upgrade. Cindy was knowledgeable, precise and patient in explaining to me what I should be looking for in a new laptop and was excited as I was when I brought my new one to them. Mike did a thorough job transferring all my old files to my new laptop and protecting my new computer against future problems, and the turnaround time was very reasonable (about a week start to finish). Cindy and Mike obviously know their business and care about their customers. They are very professional but also friendly and easy-going. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their PC.

They are kind of high on price. I'm stuck with them until I find someone else that's better.

Response from ERIE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
Member had service from us on 2 different occasions, 4/3/12 and 6/5/12. The first service was done in our shop and totally solved his issue at the cost of $83.71 with tax. The second service was done remotely, which has a higher cost to the customer because the issue is resolved right away without bringing the computer in to us. We spent about 2 hours on the phone and via remote connection to solve the issue, that was not related to his first problem. There were calls in between the two service's that we did not charge for, they were small issues that Member admitted to clicking the wrong button and things were not working correctly and we got him back live with phone support at no charge to him as a courtesy.

Description of Work: My computer quit working and as I had delt with EtS over the years and they always did a great job I naturally called them with my current problem. As always they were most the nicest and most helpfull people I have had the pleasure of having to call for help.They picked up my computer on Friday and had it back to me and reinstalled on Saturday. I am happy to say its working fine as this review will testify to and I would really recommend ETS to anyone looking for computer help.
