November, 6, 2015-I had a house fire which wass a complete loss. Six months later, I'm still in a hotel room. I have had 2 more thefts at the property since that date. Erie insurance has still paid nothing. They go out of their way to find reasons not to pay, however, they are very fast to take money out of your bank account for payment! You might as well not have insurance as to be with this company.

We are thinking of changing because we can get cheaper insurance elsewhere. The auto is $600 for two cars. The overall cost is the problem. I would tell a friend to shop around.

We have been with them for many years. We haven't needed anything for the home, but they have been taking care of everything. The quality of coverage is okay, I can't compare them with anybody else since I have not used anybody.

They did a very good job. We had an accident that wasn't caused by us and they did a good job of telling us what we needed have done after the accident occurred. I would give them an A minus. The only thing I would downgrade a little bit was their getting back and contacting us when we had a question. They were a little slow on that. I've been very happy with the quality. When they did contact us, they were very professional.

I'm happy with my policy and I keep letting it renew. It's a homeowner's policy and the coverage is comprehensive. I like that I can buy options like ID theft protection. I like that they're a small business and I've seen them grow. They're conservative, too, so I know where I stand. I had to deal with them for coverage in FL, which they couldn't extend; however, they were responsive.

So far it has been going well. We have not had any problems with them at all and they are very easy to work with.

I went to the providers website for an auto insurance quote. I entered in all my information only to find out it was a company that just shoves you off to local places. It was more expensive than my current place, so I did not follow through with the quote. I got a call a few days later from one of the local places they sent my information to. He was nice, but what surprised me is that he had ALL of my information. They sent him my social security number, full address, contact information, etc. A little scary that something you enter on an online form will be sent to whoever they feel like.

My full coverage with them costs about $600 yearly. I have two cars insured with them. It is a highly rated insurance company even though it is not well-known and the price was excellent.

They have always been absolutely fabulous. They are very personable and accommodating. The gentleman that does the appraisal is very nice and fair. Their response time to satisfy your claim is excellent. They are always available when you call them and you never get put on hold. You get to speak to a person right away. Their price seems reasonable.
