Ehrlich Pest Control

My complaint is pretty long because it involves numerous trip and the problem is still there. Well here is a brief summary, I call3d them after having a Rodent problem, the First Gentleman walked around and mentioned that we have a bad problem so he places a few mouse poison things in the basement and few under the sink and he suggested a few other things that we should do like getting the basement cleaned with be $500 and get the area closed where the rodents was coming from and that be around $1200, he said that he will be back in two weeks and ask the sales team to prepare the quote for the other stuff. Two weeks later we called the, because no one came and this time they said that it has got better so we should think about blocking the area where they are coming from, we cleaned the basement ourselves so I asked him to Spogmay ahead with the other project which is $1100, they said that they be back to do it, my calculations were that they will seal the entrances, but just put tape on a few different spots, I wasn’t home , my son didn’t know what to say so anyways I paid them $1100 and during a meeting the salesman name Kevin asked me to buy monthly prog for 6 months and they will come every month to inspect, I asked h8. If the work they just did had warranty and he said that it would, so another 8 weeks go and I see the problem is there again and now we are in spring so by winter it will be worst again, so I call them, Kevin came in and looked at a few things and pushed on warranty again and said that guys be out next week, but three weeks pass and nothing so I called KEvin again and he said to call the customer service line and said and say we are under the warranty, a gentleman showed up a after a week and put a few more tapes and left and we haven’t heard anything back. The problem is still there, I am calling a different company now because I don’t have time for their unprofessionalism. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone, all they want is to sell you more and more products and if u don’t buy they will leave u high and dry. With initial fee I would say tha5 I paid close to $1500.

Terrible. They were supposed to call me at work ,when they were on there way so I could leave and meet them. That didn't happen and the tech was in a bad mood from the start. He looked and said he couldn't do the job, they were to hard to get to etc. His parting comments were "I've spent to much time here already. (30 min) I contacted a local exterminator who came right out formulated a plan and came back that night after all his other jobs, and quickly took care if my problem and was much cheaper.

They were through and the problem seems to be solved.

I would rate them highly. I don’t know about their pricing on how competitive they are or not.
