Terrible business. They were two hours late the day of job. They didn’t finish the job and with what they did do, they left a giant mess in the yard, left so much damage, and refused to clean up. I wanted to keep all the wood & they kept insisting to take some of the wood (I’m assuming to profit off of), and they took the bulk of the trunk, which I really wanted to keep. For the wood they did leave, they said they’d come back the next day to follow up & finish trimming and sawing the leftover wood. The next day would come, and they would never show up. This went on for a week straight after being told they’d be coming the “next day.” Eventually, they ignored my messages and refused to answer their phones or return phone calls. Very unprofessional. Joe Armstrong was the man in charge and he claims he was quitting & starting his own company, so I’d be aware of that business too. Very unprofessional. I was a great and understanding customer, but they definitely took advantage of me & my kindness.

I have written several reviews on this site, and could not wait to write this one because EVERYTHING went so well! Simply put, there is nothing I can say that is negative about this service. Via telephone and web 'contact forms', I tried to get several estimates and only four actually came out to estimate, with this one being one of the four. One NEVER sent me the estimate, and #2 and #3 were OVER DOUBLE the price!!!! I addition to being so much less expensive, this service: - Sent a crane & operator - Sent three other climber/cutters/shredders/stump grinder folks with two pickups with the branch grinder trailer and the stump grinder trailer. - Were very professional and friendly, did not annoy the neighbors with shouting/music/etc. - Very thoroughly cleaned up all debris... trunks, branches, leaves There was zero damage to my property or the neighbors with the VERY MINOR exception of tracks from the trucks which were minor and will disappear shortly. Do yourself a favor and get this company to do your tree work!
Description of Work: Remove two 70' Hemlock Trees from rear yard and remove stumps. First tree was about 12' from house, second tree about 18 feet from house. The second tree was about 5' from neighbor's garage and both about 12' from our garage. Electrical/Telephone/Cable services crossed both trees in different angles for both our house and a neighbor's house.
