+ -1 moreWe were a customer of bottled water delivery for over 8 years. My husband installed an under the sink RO system so we were no longer in need of bottled water. I cancelled our account and culligan picked up our empty bottles. From that point we are due a deposit back for returning the empties. Well, 2 months later and repeated calls to the local office and we haven't received our deposit back. Therefore, I don not recommend this company. If they cant honor this simple rule, I'm sure they would definitely cost you more money and headache than you would deserve. Go with someone else.
