CHOBY Roofing & Siding

Discussed and measured for re-roofing job (showed up late in auto, no _x000D_|ladder...used homeowner's). Never submitted estimate.

I have called several times, with no return calls, and requested my deposit be returned. The deposit check has been cashed and is listed in my bank statement. To this date I have not had any return communication, nor has my deposit been returned.

Made an appointment with Choby Roofing, for an estimate on the cost to replace our roof. Appointment was made days in advance. Choby Roofing's representative was a no show. He did not call to tell us he was not coming, he simply did not show up. Now that we have experienced Choby Roofing's lack of professionalism & lack of respect for a potential client, we would NEVER consider hiring them. For us, they destroyed their professional credibility.

Energetic sales pitch. Actually went on roof to get a close look at the problem. Signed the contract on Thursday. Cashed deposit check on Friday. Promised to begin work on Sunday. Didn't show up, didn't call. We tried to reach him Tuesday and Wednesday. Never returned our calls. His message box was full Thursday. He called Friday morning full of apologies and did the work that day. No complaints once he got here. Did the work and cleaned up the site.

Arrived as promised. Describe repair to wall. Did the repair & offered a year warranty.

Did a great job on my roof repairs. I met them for an estimate at noon. We reviewed what I needed and they performed the work that day as they had some open time. They were very no nonsense and understood exactly what I needed!

Mamer came the first time with a helper out the roof & chimney couple day later he cake by himself and put up the gutters in to cold and rain a snow he had troable getting to the job. I think he over extended him self.

I have a big roof, and I had to do alot of unecpected repair work that needed to be done before putting the new roof on . They really worked with me, and made sure they stayed close to my budget. They finished in a very efficient timely manor. After the job was complete they made sure that everything was cleaned up around my property before leaving.

He put a new roof on our house. We were very satisfied on the shingles on our roof. The rubber roof on our garage appears to be pieced and we question whether he used the extra roll of rubber. He assured us he did and we were charged more than the original estimate even though we showed him the original estimate had 7 rolls listed.?? They were very professional and cleaned up after. We would use him again but would make sure that we understood the price and materials it included and maybe watch what he took off the truck.

The quote was delivered promptly and a date set for immediate repair. The weather conditions at the time of the repair were difficult and the repair was made on a timely basis. They matched the 15 year old materials perfectly and the repair is not visible. They left the site clean and in order.
