+ -1 moreI contacted Charlie Black from CF Black Builders to ask about tearing down our old wooden back deck and replace with Veranda Armorguard flooring and vinyl fencing/rails along borders. Charlie was very professional and reasonable and understood what we wanted. Mr. Black helped us every step of the way and answered every question and concern we had. The builders were very professional and Charlie was here every day right along with them. The deck turned out absolutely beautiful!! Afterwards, I noticed a slight flaw in one of the flooring boards. Charlie came down, looked at it, and promptly repaired it. My husband and I are very happy with our new deck and with CF Black Builders.
Description of Work: The services performed were: Take out old deck and railings and post. Take away all material. Install new posts and floor joist tie deck to building. Install new composite decking w/ six foot step. Install 3 foot vinyl railing on one side and 6ft. fence on deck and where the old fence was.
