+ -1 moreHORRID. I just got a callback after a couple days and the clerk argued with me. ZERO customer skills. One call, then one visit with a diagnosis, then two calls after the parts came in, only to have a callback days later only to be argued with. NEVER AGAIN. I was formerly a customer, had sent several folks to them in the past, and had this happen. Guess they were too busy to do their job. As a final comment, I was willing to let this go as "poor customer service" until the clerk called me back twice just to argue. Call Mueller's.
Description of Work: I called to have some locks fixed at my house and they did not call back. The actual problem is in "How did it go?". So, being the nice person I was, and a past customer of Bush Locksmith, I took one of the locks up and a clerk told me the locks were a manufacturing deficiency on Schlage's part and they would replace them for free. I called Schlage's and they did send replacements free of charge. I then called Bush's to make a house call and replace them. They did not call back. Then I called them again. Finally, after another day I called a different locksmith (Harry Mueller) and they replaced them.
