Technician arrived on time and had dryer up and running in less than an hour.

Able to get us earlier on the schedule because it was an emergency service. Tech arrived on time. Told us what it needed. Ordered the part and replaced it the next week. Very professional, to-the-point, and accomondating.

Scheduling was easy and the Technician arrived promptly. He determined the issue and ordered the part. Fortunately he determined that it was still covered under warranty and we were only billed for Labor. Once the part came in we scheduled another apt and Tech returned, installed, and insured everything worked before he left. Everything was handled courteously and professionally and we would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Called to see if I could get an appointment and was treated very curtly. Very dismissive ... didn't even try to find out what the problem was before they told me they couldn't help.

Called for appt and reached a person that set it up. She asked some questions about the problem, the refrig model, and gave me the cost of the service call. The repair man arrived on time and disassembled the door water dispenser to confirm the problem. He informed me that they had ordered the correct part and set up the next appt. he arrived on time and repaired the switch.

Burns- Shaw has a very good system; this was well done. Our microwave door wouldn't latch, and, ergo, would not run. I explained to the folks at Burns-Shaw that I was trying to decide if I should get the microwave repaired or replaced. The techs at the office triaged the probable cause of the problem. I was given the cost of the visit and an estimate of what it might cost if the issue was what it seemed like by my description. There was no pressure to get the service done. They understood a microwave costs less than $200, and a home visit starts at $79. If parts are needed then it might be better to purchase a new microwave. It appeared the issue could be fixed with a simple spring. So on one hand I could spend $80 for the repair, and on the other spend $280 for a new microwave and install it myself. I throw tools when I'm frustrated. My time is much more valuable. So I made the appointment. The tech showed up on time, was a terrific guy, and fixed the door (the spring as suspected). Boom, done! I'm warming coffee again. The people at Burns-Shaw are well trained and treat you with professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended!

They were prompt,courteous and probably the most polite service techinicans I have ever had in my home. They put booties on to keep my house clean. They also can in under the estimate. I will definitely use them for all my future appliance needs. I highly recommend them

Very prompt and kept a clean working area. Parts were ordered and serviceman returned a few days later to complete the repair. An excellent, locally owned appliance repair business.

When I called to schedule , I was asked what was wrong with the refrigerator, and based on my info the scheduler was able to determine what she thought the problem was, and said she would make sure the technician had the proper parts before he came. She was correct in her diagnosis and the technician had to replace the fan in the freezer. Both the scheduler and the technician were very knowledgable, and my refrigerator was fixed that day. The technician did a good job cleaning up and was very pleasant . I would use this service again, and was very pleased with the service given and the response time, since this was the week of Thanksgiving !

Excellent. He came early, which helped. He asked questions, then got to work.. He was professional and explained what he did. the washer now works great--like new!

They really are prompt in getting back to us. They are very professional and keep a clean work space. I would use them again.

I like that they are reasonably priced and they did good work. They are punctual as far as time arrival and getting the job done. They are very efficient.

Burns-Shaw is very responsive and mold to your individual schedule. They try to ascertain as much information up front so that they know what to do when they get here. And they do it in a timely manner. Their rates are reasonable.
