We will never use anyone else for cleaning carpets. Not only were they very professional but also very personable. The final results were absolutely amazing. This was the second time we used them within a week. Larry and Larry knew exactly what they were doing and the results showed it. The prices were very reasonable and actually less than we anticipated.

I was very pleased with the work Bonded Services did on our carpets. One of them was particularly dirty with some nasty spots and it looks like they pretty much got the spots out. We were afraid we might have to get new carpet in that room but we don't think so anymore. The workmen were punctual and courteous and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely consider using Bonded Services of Erie again.

Good mold remediation. Carpet in spots was too soiled to be completely cleaned.

The service went really well. We were well satisfied with what they did.

I called Bonded Services on a Friday morning and requested an appointment as soon as possible. They were able to make me an appointment for the next business day (April 7th). On the morning of the appointment, the two gentlemen showed up on time and reviewed what services I requested. Then they explained what they would be doing. They started with the furniture. I was really impressed with how thorough they were with cleaning the furniture. They made sure to move the furniture away from the wall to get the back, underneath the cushions and armrests. Then they started with the carpeting. They were careful to move all of the furniture and put pads underneath the furniture when they moved it back. They also made sure to warn me to be careful when walking from carpet to tile. The carpets were very clean and appeared much fluffier! I was impressed with the appearance.

Workers were very expediate and friendly. Here when they said they would be and worked for 5 days on job. Owner checked job and walked through with me after finished to insure I was satisfied. Estimate given to me and accepted by me prior to job was my charge. I felt a very fair price for work completed.
