+ 0 moreThe guy is responsive to emergency call, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the situation. He is very helpful with his suggestions, there is nothing I dislike with this company.
Description of Work: I used Bob Neil Electric. They responded to an emergency power situation I had in our house. They checked our electrical system and restored the power. Also, they replaced damaged electrical outlet and installed new lighting fixtures.

Description of Work: It was after their regular hours, Carol answered the phone, I told her that I was out of electricity on one side of my restaurant. She sent bob over within 30 mn and I was back in business 15 mn later. That's service!!!

+ 0 moreHe was very quick. As soon as I called, we set something up. The next day, he came up with couple of guys. He checked out. He was thorough. He didn't get on my way. It was a good experience all around. He seemed very trustworthy. He was honest. He didn't try to oversell anything. When I said what I was looking for; he would suggest me if that would be too expensive and tried to find ways to make it right, but to keep the cost down. I would use him in the future too.
Description of Work: Bob Neil Electric did some electrical work for me. He fixed some switches that were not working and installed a ceiling fan with a box and everything to make it sturdy. He cleaned and wrapped the wire on the front and back of my house. The last time he worked for me was in June of 2010.
