Description of Work: Bob came to give me an estimate on many projects necessary to upgrade a vacant house. I felt leary of him just by seeing the vehicle he drove. He was so negative about the amount of work needed in the home that I was crying by the time he left. I had asked him to leave so I never got an estimate. Maybe that was his way of letting me know he did not want the job or, because I am a woman, that I would never be able to remodel it to sell. He kept strongly suggesting that I sell the house as is when all I wanted was an estimate on the cost of the work I wanted done.
