Description of Work: Sprayed house for bugs. The initial service went well but 2 weeks later we had ants. I called and referenced their guarantee and they came out and put out some ant poison in kitchen. A few days later there were more ants. When I called they told me the type of ants I was getting was not included in the guarantee. When I told them that wasn't explained to me the owners son became hostile with me saying was I calling him a liar. I explained that it was not made clear to me that there were exceptions to the guarantee as they told me the spray would keep out ants, spiders, and centipedes and that I was upset because I felt they weren't following through and didn't clearly explain the guarantee. After being very hostile towards me for about 10 minutes I told him I no longer wanted to speak to him because he was being so disrespectful. He then apologized and said he would call back at another time that he was tired and should not have treated me like that. The next day I recieved a call from the owner (his father) and he led the conversation with this is so and sos father and he told me that you were rude and disrespectful to him yesterday. I could not believe that the owner of the company would call a paying customer and talk to them like that. I told him what his son had said to me and that I would no longer be using them and would tell my friends not to use them and he said fine and hung up.

+ -1 moreWe have had them come out for quite a few years now as we have some dense woods with some persistent carpenter ants, smaller ants and large spiders. We have even had an episode with fleas in the grass prior. They have taken care of our pests very well.
