 + 0 moreMike in sales was great to work with. He did everything to make sure we got our carpet really quick. The installers were 'ok'. Two younger guys that were really chatty with each other, sometimes loud, and they really didn't seem to care what they said. Helped themselves to my restroom which wasn't ok in my book. But, I do realize that good workers are hard to find and it could've been alot worse. I'm happy with the whole process even though I already stepped on a tack strip nail poking through.......

Description of Work: I emailed them via Angie's List, and never received a response back. I got on their emailing list and tried to emailing from there, but the email kicked back. My wife and I went into the store in May 2014 and were welcomed by a kind gentleman who explained to us that they were waiting on some more carpet shipments to come in. In the meantime, he showed us a few other things. He left us and no one helped us or asked if we could use any help. Staff were there staring at us, but no one made no inclination to help us. Thus, I took the hint that I should go elsewhere.

 + -1 moreWe have used Carpetowne for almost all of the rooms in our house over the past 4 years. They are absolutely wonderful and very reasonably priced. From the estimate to the finished product they do a great job. I love the selection of carpet they have too. If you are looking for a remnant they are definitely the place to go.
