Maxine called back promptly and when we discussed the project she said it was not something they would be able to do but she tried to help me with the names of other contractors and referrals. I appreciate the prompt response and the effort to be of assistance.
Description of Work: B-Dry was not able to help with my project but were prompt and helpful with my inquiry which is more than I can say for several other contractors wth whom I tried to talk.

 + -1 moreOffice manager called several days before start date to reschedule a few days later. Crew showed up ontime, went right to work. Proceded to break up concrete floor with electric jack hammers. Collected and removed rubble in buckets. Installed pipe in trench along all inside walls. Set pipe in new gravel. Then, covered all with new concrete. Connected pipe to a new sump pit. Connected our existing pump in the new location. Completed all work in three days. Job manned each day for full day of work. Left the basement and exterior job site immaculate. Crew of two pleasant, clean, and professional.
Description of Work: worked to manage excess water in the basement. dug a trench along all walls, installed pipe to collect water, back filled trench with gravel, covered all with concrete. Built a bigger sump to collect water and reinstalled sump pump. Sprayed basement for mold.

 + 0 moreB-Dry Systems correctly diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem, advised how to fix the problem, and didn't try to take advantage of the situation.
Description of Work: With 1" of water in the basement of a 60 year old house that never had a water problem before, I contacted four different companies (three water proofing companies and one plumbing company) to figure out what the problem was and provide estimates to fix the problem. One firm never responded to the call, two firms proposed solutions ranging from $3500.00 to $12,000.00 to collect the water & pump it out. B-Dry's representative looked over the situation, diagnosed the problem as being a simple clog in the existing system, and advised me to call them back if cleaning the clogged pipe didn't correct the problem - didn't charge me a dime. After I cleaned out the clog, the water was gone in 3 hours. It's hard to find this level of knowledge and honesty anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend B-Dry systems to anyone.

 + 0 moreThey are guaranteed for life and they area great. We have used them in the past and they have been great. They are very punctual, clean-up themselves, they are very clean, they put plastic on the walls to cover from the mess, and do a very good job.
