I called to get a tree trimmed. The owner said they would be working in my area, and they would contact me next week. Nobody ever called back. If he wasn't interested in this job (it wasn't a big job), at least they could have told me

I called to get an estimate on remvoval or the very least a trim, the phone was answered quickly. The gentlemen who answered was pleasant and said he would come by and call and let me know the price. It has been two weeks and I stidll have not heard back from him.

I called B. Enterprises based on the reviews on Angie's List. The review of the removal of the very large tree is really what convinced me to give them a call. I knew that our tree removal would be a challenge and it sounded like B. Enterprises handled these types of issues very well. When I called, the owner Brent answered the phone. He scheduled an appointment to come out that afternoon. Brent did a very through examination of the tree. He confirmed that there was rotting in the one trunk. He told us that it was not an emergency at this point but it would be best to get the tree down. He spent about 40 minutes reviewing what would be done and how the process would go. We also talked about the grinding of the trunk (which we did not have done at this time), and the possibility of adding a workshop at a later date (in the location of the removed tree ? Brent is also a general contractor). At that time he gave us a ballpark figure of the cost ($1500.00 to $1800.00). I thought that was reasonable base on the work to be done. We contracted with him on the spot and gave him a deposit. Brent told us he would get us on the schedule and get it done as soon as he has space/time/equipment available. He also told us that he coordinated scheduled jobs based on the equipment needed for the jobs (example: if two or more jobs needed the use of the crane and they were in the same geographic area - he tried to do those jobs the same day). As it turned out this worked out toour benefit. On July 11th, the guys showed up with a crane, dump truck, bucket truck and the mulch-er. From start to finish it was about 4 hours of work. Very professional group of guys. They worked together so well. I was surprised how they maneuvered around cutting limbs with he chainsaws. The crane operator was very experienced. We watched him maneuver the large limbs over our garage and place them on the ground. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I just cannot say enough good things about the work that was done. I would highly recommend calling B. Enterprises. And I will be calling him in the future for other work that I now understand that he handles. This is someone you can count on to do the right thing.

I saw B. Davis Enterprises' great reviews on Angie's list so I sent them an email on Thursday morning to see if they could take on a relatively small job for me. I should mention that I was on a time crunch, as I was having a picket and privacy fence installed around the perimeter of the area to be landscaped less than two weeks from the day I contacted them. Brent, the owner, promptly responded via email and said that he'd be interested in coming out to take a look. That same evening at around 6:30/7:00 pm, Brent called and asked if he could stop by and give me an estimate since he was in the area, which I was fine with. We went over the scope of work, he calculated a price for me and said to get a hold of him Friday morning if I accepted his bid proposal so my job could be added to the schedule. Friday morning, I agreed to the estimate and he promptly emailed me the contract. I signed, scanned and emailed it back to him. What happened next blew me away.... I came home around noon on Friday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see that his crew had already started working!! Brent showed up on site a few minutes after I did and we spoke briefly. I thanked him for getting a jump on things as quickly as he did. Brent called me around 1 or 2pm to let me know that there was a minor problem... while excavating, he noticed that the concrete walkway that we thought had stopped at the side of my house, ran completely around the rear and was buried underground. Instead of going through the hassle and expense of ripping out the additional concrete, he suggested we add 6" of clay to the pre-existing concrete and slope it away from my foundation to prevent any water from pooling in the future - then add the limestone as we had originally agreed upon. I felt confident with his suggestion, so I went with it. He did not charge me extra for the modification. Needless to say, the job was finished by the time I got home at 5pm, clean up and all. From estimate to completion, Brent and his crew managed to knock out this excavating & landscaping job in less than 24 hours - and it looks amazing! In my opinion, follow-through, trustworthiness and great customer service are priceless. There's a reason for Brent's impeccable "report card" on Angie's list. I would absolutely use B. Davis Enterprises again in the future.

Brent is a great guy, but more than anything - he's honest. He will tell you if something is a good or bad idea. From start to finish all this work was done in less than 7 work days. We were interrupted in the middle as he had to take a long weekend for the Reserves, but we hardly noticed. Brent is the only contractor I've ever had where I could see work being done, he does not ever waste time. He was incredibly fast to start the work and finish. The first day of our project he was only going to remove a couple trees for us, however we saw so much progress that we decided to have him do a lot more around the property. Great work and well worth the cost. Everything went so well I recommended him to my mother - how many contractors can you say that about?

I called Brent on a saturday morning and he came over within two hours to give me a quote, He and his crew started that next monday cutting down the tree. He was at my house everyday until the job was done. They did a GREAT job . If you are reading this review DO NOT base your decision on how much i paid to have a tree removed, this tree was the largest maple tree you have ever seen. The tree also hung over four houses and a garage. Before calling Brent i had other tree services " drive by' and tell me they were not interested in doing the job. I could not be more pleased with the work Brent and his crew did . One other thing worth mentioning , Brent was on site everyday all day. This means alot to me to have the owner right there making sure everything is being done the right way. If your are reading this review..... CALL BRENT... you cant miss with guy.

It went fine. Just give them a call, they come out quickly for an estimate and then did the work within the week.

Mr. Davis provided estimate & removed tree & bushes the same day I called. Instructed me to call "PA 1 call" to mark utility lines. After the lines had been marked by the utility companies, Davis tree serivice returned & ground down the stumps & roots. Great job!

He agreed to also haul away all of the brush. It looked wonderful. I was able to explain to him in person what I wanted done and he did it. Family members came this weekend and stayed at the property and agreed that it looked great.

I always call him if I have a tree that has fallen on a roof and is threatening to fall. I would only go with him. I know when I ask to use him; it is a very professional job. They are fast and courteous. I never have any problems with the customer's cleanup. The customers are always happy with his work. I don't even go with anyone else; I just go with Mr. Davis. His prices are very reasonable. His quality is awesome. He or one of his guys are there within 15-20 minutes if a tree is threatening a house. He is actually earlier than my guys. He is very professional.

He was absolutely terrific about phone calls and keeping in touch. He kept my son's safety in mind at all times. He worked late into the day and got the project done two days before the time I'd hoped it was finished, despite bad weather. He was incredibly tolerant of setbacks caused by me (like an unexpected budget change!) and kept me posted throughout the entire process. He also made the structure accomodating to future upgrades, which will be really helpful for us. I am thrilled with how things went and would definitely hire him in the future. I highly recommend!

B. Davis was professional and they came out quickly. The clean up went well too, I have no complaints.
