Initial work was done in May 2013. The felled trees were expertly dropped through extremely tight fits resulting in minimal damage to valued surrounding trees. Crown material was brush piled. All trunks and significant limbs were sectioned into nominal 20" lengths for firewood. Due to an equipment delay, it was late July before Brent returned with a bucket truck to do the significant, high trimming of an oak tree at the edge of the back yard. Again done expertly with zero damage to valued under-story hemlocks. On both occasions, the areas were left in an appropriately neat condition.

The work went very well. They came in got it done in know time. The deck looks great would recommend this contactor to anyone who needs large jobs, small jobs they do just about anything. Will send pics if I am able to get some.

Job went perfect. Removed old metal railing and polls and installed new railing and polls made the house look much more undated and looks great. Brent went out of way to replace a piece a siding that looked really bad on the house to make it look even better, He is very honest and hard working contactor that I would recommend to anyone. The porch was done at my sons home and will try to get pics for everyone to see.

All the trees were trimmed and removed as discussed and agreed. The job was accomplished without problems and the clean up of the cuttings was perfect. I might ask him to come back again next year to remove additional branches that were not cut during this first major cut because it was not clear they needed cutting but will!!!!!!!!

they removed the old wooden doors I had and hung new heavy duty aluminum doors...same day start to finish completed. and also reinstalled my automatic openers and are perfect

They did both the shed and garage in only 1.5 days. Quality work and perfectly fine..house took a bit longer as there are a lot more to deal with....2 levels and 2 decks. 2 dormers so I know it was not easy but these guys made it look easy...

I know this could not have been an easy job as all the Windows in my home were rope and pulley and were painted shut for years. they made it look easy but I know this was pretty involved. now they are all modern, quality Windows and I can open then and clean both sides from the inside. the garage Windows also got put in without a problem. all my Windows were not all even the same size. they are now, great work and all supplied and installed in least amount of time also.

The work from this contractor was nothing but top notch all the way! He and his crew were here early daily and even worked a few days more than 12 hours, weather permitting just to get the job done. They work as a team and are focused on getting the job done right, as well as, with the least amount of time possible to complete a job. He and his crew are very considerate and job focused. I am amazed at how quick they move along, not to mention the quality of work that is being done. Brent, the owner, was on my job all the time, making sure everything was being done right and also worked right along his crew in all the jobs being completed (siding, concrete, roofs, gutters, building, plumbing etc.) as he is very flexible/versatile. I also asked him to do a few extra things that were not in the contract while they were here. He completed these additional projects without any issue. I am impressed, as the owner even mowed my yard during this time. He could see how many projects I was trying to complete within my home too, just a very thoughtful person. He also made sure everything got done and stayed within my budget. I can tell he cares about people and is doing things for the right reasons. He also connected me with the best professionals for carpeting and electric. I had to upgrade my home to a 200 amp service & move my electric hook up for my hot tub from my deck to the cement pad they created and also needed to have carpeting installed in a few rooms. While they were there doing construction on my home, I had a problem with my septic and my plumbing that was unrelated to the work they were doing. He even got a plumber here within minutes and they worked to fix the issue. Really, this contractor can fix or do most anything. If he is not ale to, he will direct you to someone who can fix it and for the least amount of money possible. How many contractors can move a hot tub with a crane, trim/cut and remove trees - along with grinding many stomps, hang siding, pour concrete, build and also plumbing? Ironically, I originally had hired him just to clean up my yard, as many of my skyscraper pines had uprooted, causing a huge mess - turns out, he can do any construction job that needs done. I highly recommend this contractor and I am very thankful for all the work he has done, nothing but the best with this contractor. Anyone who chooses him, will be happy they chose him also.

he was very nice, professional. the cost just came in quite a bit higher than what I can afford--although he said he would work with me and do what I could afford. There has been a huge disparity in pricing for taking this tree out. Compared to others, he was very professional and prompt with calling me back and getting an estimate. This would be my preferred service provider, but finances will not allow it right now, and the estimate for just the tree is about $1000 higher than the lowest estimate I rec'd.

Brent Davis quickly made contact with me after he was messaged, he came over within a few days to write up the contract after I told him exactly what I wanted to be done. The weather was not cooperating at first and we were getting a lot of rain and cool days, so we had to wait for a day to start. Brent is professional in all that he is doing here, and I feel that communication is vital and I appreciated that he was always there to listen to my wishes. If I had any questions, Brent responded quickly, and explained to my satisfactionl I am so pleased with the quality of work, and it is far beyond any of the sheds around here! I'm so happy to have found him on Angies List~

This is my second experience using there group. Contact was made by Brent from the beginning to the end. He provided photos of before and after. Excellent experience each time.

I had a quote from his visit to a neighbor. He called back within a couple of days, explained what he was going to do and did the work. No problems.

We had a fallen tree that was being held up by a nearby dead tree. It was a very real danger of falling onto our newly installed fencing if the trees were not removed. I contacted the owner and he responded the same day, came out gave the estimate and we signed and emailed the contract that same evening. He immediately responded that he would have someone out first thing to remove the hazardous tree so that with the pending weather, it would not fall on it's own, he would have it down. He advised that, after that depending on weather, he would get the rest of the dead trees removed per his estimate. The weather cooperated and all the trees were taken down the very next day. This service was BETTER than I ever expected and done quickly. As a Customer Service Manager myself, I give 5 Stars to this business. In fact, we had him look at a few other items while he was here and will be doing future business with him this spring / summer!

They were not very precise in putting the mulch down as neat as I would have liked it. The first time I used them they did an excellent job and the second time there was a different guy and it was not quite as neat with that work.

From the start Davis Enterprise gave me an estimate that fit into my budget. All work was accomplished in a professional and timely manner .During the estimate process Davis Enterprise gave me advise on issues and how to cut cost and still add value to the the job at hand and get my value for my dollar. Overall this company has done some great work for me. Being disabled and a retired veteran, Davis Enterprise has worked out GREAT for me since I can no longer do these tasks myself . Brent wasted no time getting here and came to door to make sure I was pleased. It is very hard to find young hard workers these days and I am telling anyone who needs any kind of work done that he may do, you have to check him out. I am a single income person who has to be sure that I am getting a reasonable deal which is why I belong to Angie's List. For the things I have Davis Enterprises do he has been nothing but excellent work. He is a gentlemen and reliable.

Our sewer line failed (clay pipe collapsed) and needed replaced. I called Brent and he was there the next morning to look things over. He took care of lining up a master plumber, securing permits and did a great job of overseeing the job site. During the process the water line was found to also be bad so I elected to have that replaced at the same time. They were in and out in less than two full days (the water line added some time as did waiting for the Meadville Area Water Authority to send someone to inspect the water line installation) Also, the guy Brent used to run the excavator was top notch. Our front yard is tiny and has a steep bank at the road so room to maneuver is very limited. He was able to dig the trench and back fill without doing any damage to our property. I would absolutely hire Brent again for any job I considered too big for me to handle on my own.

Responded quickly to initial call for estimate. Work was completed as promised. All work was finished quickly and without problems.

They were very good and nice. They were on time, called me right back and they did a elevation for a shed for my sons.
