KELLY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. WE HAVE USED HER SEVERAL TIMES, AND SHE HAS ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLANT JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. MY WIFE PASSED AWAY IN JANUARY, AND I WAS WORRIED ABOUT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT I COULD TRUST IN MY HOUSE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. Exceptional my house is spotless when Kelly leaves. Kitchen looks new. Kelly is friendly and professional.

I couldn't be more pleased. The cleaning was flawless in all respects. My wife, who is very particular, could find nothing missed and marveled at Kelly's attention to detail. She showed up on time, worked almost non stop for 6 straight hours. I am convinced no one out there would do a better job.

Kelly is very responsible and trustworthy and does a good job cleaning our house. She listens to things that are important to me in terms of products/tools to use, areas of priority, etc. She is punctual and friendly.

After our prior housekeeper never showed up or called after claiming illness, we had to find a reputable, responsible, trustworthy, punctual and professional house cleaning service (that will clean as thoroughly as I do) for two properties and we found it with Kelly. When I first called her, she agreed to meet me to view the properties and learn my expectations and she did this on a Saturday afternoon. We scheduled cleaning days/times and she arrived on time and ready to tackle the projects. She is pleasant and a hard worker, little chit chat or down time. She goes to town cleaning and scrubbing away. We have used her company four times so far and are very pleased. She had taken on some additional cleaning, scrubbing woodwork and doors and will be tackling the kitchen cabinets next. She had communicated with me if she sees something that may need attention and even called to ask if it was ok to arrive early. The cost is more than we paid previously but the cleaning is much more thorough so you get what you pay for. We have been very pleased.

I think that Kelly did a great job! From the beginning, she replied quickly to my messages and questions. She was on time for scheduled appointments. What I was most impressed with was how expeditiously she worked and how thorough she was in the amount of time that she was here, which was 4 hours. She even scraped around the sink in my kitchen and removed gunk that was there when we bought our house. My husband also thought that the house looked great and said so without me having to ask (that says a lot). I would recommend her to anyone and will have her back again in the future on a regular basis.

There is absolutely nothing that she doesn't clean. Every knick knack is picked up and wiped off with a damp cloth. She cleans the screen, she cleans the fans, and she cleans everything. Her name is Kelly and she comes once a month. I had somebody before and she used to come every two weeks with $60. She didn't do anything compared to Kelly. Kelly is fantastic. My interaction has been wonderful. She comes in to say good morning if that's the time of the day. She puts her ear bud on and she is gone. She was here from 9 till 4'o clock.

She did an excellent job., worked consistently. Put everything back in its place. Was very good w/ cats and dog in house. Very personable and trustworthy (important to me). Very pleased.

Our house is a summer rental on Lake Erie. Kelly cleans for us before, after, and in-between rentals. She's done spring cleaning and special projects for us too. I adore Kelly and feel so very lucky to have found her! She busts her butt at our house, especially on those days that she has a small 3 hour window between renters. She does a fabulous job cleaning and and also makes all of the beds for the renters. She covers every detail and is very efficient, friendly, reliable, punctual, professional and responsive. I live out of state so it was very important that I find someone reliable to get in and out in between renters. Kelly has never let me down and I know I can count on her. Her work ethic is impeccable.
