 + 0 moreTop Notch Service!--I had an issue with a drain backup in my basement. Made a mistake and called Roto-Rooter 1st--Explained my issue, scheduled a tech early AM only to have so called Plumber/Tech arrive at 4:40 pm--Not a huge deal but a time waster for sure. After much grumbling ,(did not seem like he wanted to do the job) Long story short he Quoted my wife $382.00--To say the least we DID NOT use Roto-Rooter! We were recommended ABC Drains by a friend who has hired ABC Drains in the past A quick phone call and I was greeted by a genuine person who exhibited proffesionalism from the start! After a brief description of my issue he scheduled an appointment within 1 1/2 hours. ABC Drains arrives in less than 1 hour! I was unable to be present so my wife deals directly with ABC-- 2 Gentlemen assure my wife they will fix our issue. They swiftly check outside drain,basement drain and indoor house drain and they get to work. (By the way they quoted my wife $105.00 before doing anything) 25 Minutes later 3 drains cleared water running and draining perfectly! The service was AMAZING! When they finished my wife full of tears of joy could not stop saying "Thank You"-- My message to ANYONE---If you want to be treated fairly and like a human being than ABC Drains is your company! I am so thankful to have contacted tthem! ABC DRAINS Thank you for being you please continue providing excellent service--I will use and recommend to all I know!

Description of Work: Work every hard getting my drain clean on a boulevard in which they had to run at least a 100 feet of line to do so. They were excellent, on time, tackled the issue and very honest. Almost my whole neighborhood uses them every year. Great company!

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreIt went extermelly well and they will be the only ones I will call in the future.
Description of Work: My basement flooded and they snaked my drains and recommended root killer to put my drains. They were very professional and punctual . They came and went right to work untill the job was done.

 + 0 moreI was very panicky because I was having a baby shower in the afternoon and my basement was filled with smelly water; I looked in the phone book and read the ads and decided on calling American Drain. I was very happy I did because the guy that answered, the owner, was in Pittsburgh dropping his daughter off, but assured me he would have someone there to take care of my problem; sure enough, within the next 1.5 hous, someone was there. The problem ended up being more complicated than usual, but was able to be taken care of.
Description of Work: My basement had smelly water in it because the sewer had backed up.They had to run EEL cable for the cleanout because the 3/4 cable didn't work.
