+ 0 moreI was transferred to a representative after switching my utilities because "i get a free door bell camera with the installation, and a 100$ visa card". We'll after they run my credit, boom, I no longer qualify for either, so I opted for the in house camera system, I paid the 99$plus tax for the deposit and was told I was scheduled for April 28th between 5-7pm. Well nobody came so I called, I was told that they never even scheduled me to have my services connected. I requested a refund of my deposit which I did recieve. But how can I trust you to protect my home if you can't even schedule an installation properly. Very disappointed.

+ -1 moreWe were promised a certain level of equipment at a set price. The installers arrived and immediately tried to upsell us on everything, tripling the agreed upon price. My wife became upset and started to cry, only then did they revert to the agreed upon price. We were promised two $100 Visa gift cards that would arrive in two weeks we were told. Well, two weeks went by and I placed a call and asked where our promised gift cards were. Itou was only then I was told by the person on the phone that I had to be directed to this web sight, print out a certificate for each card, mail it to some other company, and purchase a $4.98 money order for each card, and if I didn't have it mailed out within 30 days of the contract they would be null and void. I jumped through all of these hoops, filled out the certificates etc...and here I am 6 weeks later and still no gift cards. Oh and by the way, they hit you up with hidden fees and taxes after the fact also. My advice stay away!

+ -1 moreI pay a little over $45 a month. I feel very safe with it on. I chose not to have inside infrared stuff done because I have a cat and it would go off all the time; but I like the fact that my bedroom is tall one floor, which I have to have a step ladder to get into my room. They have a little thing on the sides of both the windows, which shows ADT and everything is closed. I like that abstract. The house is yet to be totally closed up. My interaction with them was very good. I haven't had any problem.
Description of Work: ADT installed an alarm system for me.
