George Abbott is the owner of Abbott Pest Control. I have used him for spiders around my house. I have also used him for mice. I have been using him for a while now. He is extremely friendly. He is very knowledgeable and really responsive. I called him and he came out within probably two days. He did service for all around my entire house for the spiders. He gives you a period of time for 90 days after his service and anytime in there, if you see anything and call him, he will back out. When I called him about the mice, he was awesome. He got rid of the mice from my house. Even though he only saw once in my basement, he put traps all over my house and in places that I didn't have to see them myself. He came back each week for about three weeks to check them to make sure the traps were empty and is not reset and do whatever he needed to do. I called him probably after 5 months and he came back and didn't charge me the whole amount, so that was really. I would absolutely use him in the future too.

We pay per treatment. I won their services at a silent auction so I had them out. From our my first contact on the phone I was extremely impressed with their friendliness and everything. When he came out to do the work, I was impressed with the way he treated my house. I like them so I have them out every year.

Came to give a cost quote, 2 days later returned to provide service. left detailed instuctions on what we should watch out for in the house. after 2 weeks problem returned. Called Abbott again and he came out and resprayed the entire house the next day at no charge. have not had a problem since. gave good recommendations on how to keep from being reinfested in the future and where to watch for possible issues.

George Abbott came to our house within just a few hours of my phone call. He had all the necessary insecticides and protective equipment with him and did the job thouroughly and quickly. These yellow-jackets were very agressive ( I got stung twice before making the call to Abbott Pest Control.). But that was the end of them!!

Very professional, arrived ontime. Rain prevented the application for the first appointment I had made and I was treated very well in getting a new appointment quickly and at my convenience. Two story house as well as 2 story garage/apartment, surrounding bushes and trees as well, done in less then 1 hour. Mr Abbott explained the entire process before starting and asked questions to ensure that the application was applied with concern shown for any live animals etc. Welcomed any questions I had. The product was visibly working before he left.
