Bryan the proprietor told me Bryan Yunik, the apparent proprietor told me that he wipes out bedbugs with only one application. He said it would take 3 weeks for the treatment to work in full, but after that he's never had a customer complain about seeing more bedbugs-no reinspection, no follow ups necessary. We were bitten consistently for the following 5 weeks, so I called my landlord, and Bryan came out again. His first words were "You mean you're still seeing some?". I told him his first application hadn't had any effect. He became very irate and said "So why the f*ck dod you have me come back here, then?". (I was shocked). He then very brusquely went about spraying again, and came to a (false) conclusion that my children were bringing the bedbugs with them when they visit me on the weekends. (Virtually impossible, I've taken extraordinary precautions, and my ex's apartment has been inspected). He then went to my landlord and told them the reason I still have bedbugs is my children visiting. Ever since his treatment the other day, I am picking live bedbugs off myself at night. By the way-he has a website, and he mentions bedbug treatment, but he did basically none of those things in his dealings with me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
