To say that my family was happy with the work that was done on our garage would be an understatement. We went from a distressed concrete floor that was well on its way to needing a total replacement to a true showpiece. I canâ t recommend these guys enough.

I was really amazed how great my garage floor came out. they did a great job, by far exceeding my expectations. they're cost was far below other estimates that I got. plus the crew was very informative and friendly.

The guys were friendly. However, they never showed when they said they would. Never squared up the concrete form, made the form too small compared to the contract quote. I never doubled checked their work after concrete was poured, didn't think I had to. When the garage was to be installed, it could not be, due to the size of the pad being wrong. Incurred a $500 expense that Lake Effect was only going to pay half. Received the check from Lake Effect for half of my garage fee not being installed.
