Made contact with someone in sales for a new roof and window quote for my house. He said he had to come to my house to measure and we made the appointment. No one showed up from their company for the appointment. I never even got a phone call. Very unprofessional.

ok I thought until now - certainteed shingles were installed (landmark TL 50 year) shingles are lousy - adhesion issues and delamination issues. Called smuckers and sons to check it out. They didn't even want to come out and see if there was an issue. after calling twice lee smucker finally came out and didn't even go up on the roof but told me nothing was wrong with the roof. then I called zephyr Thomas home improvement company in Lancaster and they came out and said I have a major problem and should replace the roof. I also purchased the extended warranty through certainteed but starting to have doughts they will step up to the plate and fix the problem. I'm probably going to call my attorney and seek legal action. Do yourself a favor and don't use smucker and sons or certainteed shingles. Smucker has a 5 year limited warranty on there workmanship and materials after that don't expect any help whatsoever. They got there money what do they care.

Contracted and paid them and them for a flat roof repair, and they didn't come out for 6 weeks. Said they were on a big job. However, I had lots of flood damage. They sent 2 people out and they work separate portions of the roof and one side of the roof was done better than the other. This caused more leaking where I was collected about 180 gallons of water in 24 hrs. I called them about this they sent out the founder of the company who climbed up there and they said there was nothing wrong with the roof repair they did and laughed. He wouldn't claim blame. The roofer that I ended up having fix it said that their were slices in the sub roofing and they were not patched properly.
