Newswanger Construction

This guy is by far the best contractor person I have ever come in contact with. He doesn't do a lot of self promoting which he should, but he actually relies on word of mouth, and he's been successful with that because I wouldn't be able to say enough good things about him. We are having a lot done to this house. We spent probably about $30,000 with him so far. It's a continuous project so he did do his work today. He'll finish this so he'll be back. We are also contracting him to start remodeling our basement because it is still unfinished in this new house, and we have plans for him to redo our kitchen. We like the ease of doing business and the quality of his work, and the attention to detail. Rich shows up when he said he's going to be here and he has never not followed through to anything he has ever said. His attention to detail is astounding and he does not cut corners. He followed through and got all of the permits for us. We said he didn't have to be here, but he came for the inspections. He was here to make sure he reviewed all the inspections when we bought the house. He followed the inspector around for that and he did all the repairs that we needed in order to buy the house. He is absolutely phenomenal, his flexibility is amazing, and so far his pricing has just been tremendous so I have no complaints. In my opinion, he has probably undercharged us. I wouldn't even consider hiring anybody else.
