computer repair
+ -1 moreI was told that the battery needed to be ordered but the repair should be done within a week. After trying to contact them many times over the period of a month, my husband finally went into the shop and demanded the IPad back. They promised that the repair would be done by 3:30, but when my husband went in to pick it up, it still wasn't done and he was told to come back at 5:00 PM. The owner of the shop tried to explain that he was lacking in customer service skills and my husband told him that not much customer service was required, just a simple phone call to be kept informed of how the repair was going and when it would be done. The owner had many excuses as to why this didn't happen.
Description of Work: I brought in my IPad for a battery replacement.
