They originally built our house and they were awful. We called them back two or three times; they still never fixed the problems and my husband had to fix them. The house was still under warranty, so it didn’t cost us anything. They just didn’t have qualified individuals working for them. I wouldn’t refer them to anybody; infact I already told all my neighbors not to use them. In terms of price, I don’t know what the price was so I can’t rate that. The quality of work was awful. They were fast, on time and they were professional; but they just weren’t good and were not qualified. In all seriousness, they didn’t do what they were supposed to do, which was fix the electrical issues and they had things wired wrong. For me an electrician should know how to do wiring before he comes into your house and touch everything. Every time my son would plug in something in his room, it would trip the breaker and the fire alarm would go off, I mean it was awful. Our fire alarm system is hooked to our electrical system; so every time that would happen the fire alarm would go off. This happened constantly, until we got somebody else to fix the problem. There were problems with the breaker box. It wasn’t wired right to my washer when we first moved in; my husband got electrocuted when it sparked and he tried to reset the breaker. That was an issue and that was also a Garman problem. They were the ones that built the house and we had the contract with them. I would never ever use them again in the future.
