+ -1 moreThis tree service is non-responsive. Whenever I call, I get an answering machine. I leave a message and request a callback and they never get back to me. In the spring of 2015 I called three times about getting tree service. I got no response at all. If they were too busy to help me, the courteous thing would have been to call me and let me know, so I could look elsewhere. I won't bother them again.
Description of Work: Nothing.

Description of Work: This is a family business that puts honesty and service above all else. They can be trusted to perform the work required with pride and safety. Horst Tree Service removed our 60+ year old tree for a reasonable price and were careful with the other trees and shrubs in our yard. | |Additionally, I called them to help our daughter and son-in-law early in the morning during an ice storm several years ago. They came with in an hour and removed the top portion of a 70'+ high tree in order to stabilize the tree from falling on a neighboring home. When winter slowly became spring, they returned as promised and finished the job. | |I recommend this company without hesitation.

+ -1 moreThe Horst Tree Service team arrived in the morning and immediately setup. Within a few minutes they were removing the honey locust tree. When I returned home from work that evening, all the work was completed except the stump grinding. Horst cleaned the area before leaving.
Description of Work: Horst Tree Service removed a large honey locust tree and cut large pieces into firewood. They also felled a large cherry tree that rotted and cleared deadwood from a large oak tree.
