Compleat Restorations

My heating oil service company spilled oil inside my furnace during service. The technician started up and ran the furnace before cleaning up the oil. The fan circulated the oil all over the fan housing and the smell filled the whole house. Service company would do noting about the smell. I called Compleat Restorations for help. They came within two hours of my call, cleaned the inside of the furnace fan compartment. Setup air purification units upstairs and downstairs. We left the units run for two days and the house now is livable again. Outstanding service , highly recommend!

Compleat gave an estimate of $1,272 to do the job, "including all labor, material, equipment, PPE and proper disposal. Pricing did not include third party air testing." The came as promised and cut out the damaged sections and corresponding insulation. Then they left and had no intention of replacing the damaged sections, leaving us with two gaping holes in the ceiling. According to the estimate the "expected duration of project is 1 day." It took them about one hour instead. When I contacted them I learned they felt they completed the terms of the contract. We are left with a mess.

The job went great! They had to coordinate schedules with the siding company that was to install new siding. The crew arrived when expected and finished ahead of schedule. They were friendly and professional.

Very well - the testing and remediation were done very promptly and professionally and with the least amount of disruption as was possible - we are very pleased with the work that was done.

I was told repeatedly they couldn't start repairs for 2 weeks. Then after the drying process was complete( meter still alarmed wet), I was unable to contact the project manager. I called for 4 days. After the 4 th day, I was told they couldn't complete the restoration work..

Eric and his guys that were sent to my home were top notch. Very informative and patiently answered all of our questions. We had our mini emergency which was a small job I am sure but regardless they were great. Got them from Angie's List. Excellent work, professional and knowledgeable in their trait for sure. In the rare instance I would ever need restoration again, I would call them. They were late but they did call to let me know which I was ok with.

When a large tree fell on our house during a rain storm, our insurance agent sent Compleat Restorations to handle the emergency work. They showed up promptly, cut the tree branches off the roof, patched the holes in the roof, and covered the damaged roof vent. The next day, after the rain stopped, they came back & made sure all the tree branches that were "spring-loaded" & dangerous were cut away. They also pulled all wet insulation out of the ceilings & examined the roof from the inside for structural damage, and brought in fans & dehumidifiers and ran them until everything was dry inside. Everyone was prompt, professional & pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up all the wet insulation & drywall & left the place spotless. We were very impressed with their work, and would call them again if needed.

Antonio came to the house the same day I called and looked at the mold in the laundry room. He cut an opening in the drywall and found that the mold was contained to the one spot. With a few other inspections, Antonio was able to find the source and suggested we call a roofer. Antonio was knowledgeable and pleasant.

They did a pretty decent job. The main contact person was very nice and very responsive. The team that came out and did the work was very polite as well.

Insurance is covering it. A pipe burst and they had to dry out the entire two floors of the house. They were super fast and did a great job. They were just patient, know what they were doing, and I have no concerns that there is going to be mold damage in the future. They are just proficient at what they do.

Antonio arrived on time the day I scheduled for a quote and he proceded to give me a recommendation on what could be done to deal with the mold in my attic. He did inquire as to what the cause was and whether I had taken care of the issue which I had. A leaking ridge vent and one area of shingles was fixed prior to his visit.. Within 2 days as he had stated I had a detailed quote in hand via email. His quote turned out to be inline with 2 others that I had recieved and he kept in contact with me as I was going through the quote process which was part of the reason that I decided to use Compleat Restorations. The day of the service Antonio called about 1/2 hour ahead of scheduled time to indicate that traffic was bad and they would be a little late. They did arrive late but I appreciated the heads up. 2 members of his team discussed with me how best to run the vacuum line out for the insulation removal. They proceeded to complete the work in a professional manor and were able to finish inside the quoted amount of time. They let me know when they had finished and showed me the completed work. The area was thoroughly cleaned and coated. **I chose not to have them replace the insulation in order to insulate wire holes and replace ceiling fixtures. They would have replaced it had I wanted (for a cost of course).

I contacted Complete and Antonio came out for the estimate. Antonio was very professional and neatly dressed and went over the areas of concern that I had with the basement. He explained exactly what they would be doing and why. The estimate was very reasonable so I contracted with him to do the service on May 8th and 9th. They came promptly on the 8th and removed the mold, painted and left a purifier run for that evening until this morning to remove all fumes. This morning, 5/9/13, they arrived on time and cleaned the carpet in the basement, cleaned duct work, removed all vents upstairs and cleaned them also. Antonio, Johnny, Kyle and Darryl were totally professional, neat and courteous. They did a great job, cleaning everything up before leaving with no damage to anything. I would highly recommend Complete for anyone who needs this service. Great Company!

We had a hot water heater go and flood our basement a while back. My basement was totally ruined! From the beginning they were reassuring and promised to take care of everything. They dried out all of our damp clothing that was left in the basement, they pulled the carpets, installed new carpets and finished the job in about 2 weeks. (1 week drying and 1 week of my wife and I choosing and installing carpet.) The end result, my basement looked brand new! The staff at Compleat Restorations was extremely professional and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them and would consider them in the future.

Compleat Restorations was a terrible provider. We had a water pipe burst, and were were out of our house for two months waiting for Compleat to finnish the job. I still am talking to them, two years later, because we have carpet buckling, due to shoddy installation. I will not use them again, nor can I recommend them.

On the date when the services were provided, the two gentlemen were on time and pleasant. The work took the same amount of time as quoted. They did additional cleaning above and beyond! They mitigated mold under the drywall in our bedroom ceiling, and when they finished for the day they vacuumed ALL of the trim in our bedroom, not just in the part of the room where they worked.

Tina was very supportive. She and the Erie agent had worked together before, so I'm sure he trusted her judgment about needed services. We were very lucky to have insurance that covered the services. But even if we didn't, I would want the Compleat Restorations people to do the work. They were courteous, professional, unobtrusive. informative, and cleaned up after themselves. When it was discovered that more drying time was needed, they brought back the machines, and rigged up a long wind tunnel to REALLY concentrate the dry air on the dampened beams. I was impressed that the painter told us the need for further drying, and did not try to "paint over it" and "hope for the best". Although it required 2 extra days, we were grateful that he did not cut corners. Throughout the job, the team communicated well with us. They always came on the date and at the time they said they would. Tina called us after the job to see if we were satisfied. Great job, ladies and gentlemen. We are very happy with your work.

Unacceptable and extremely frustrated.

We called this company on the recommendation of our insurance company, following a basement flooding problem. Our new sump pump was not installed properly and sent many gallons of water all over our basement, part of which is finished. These men arrived within an hour and began work immediately, picking things up off the floor, discarding things that were no longer usable, removing baseboards, testing the walls and construction materials for moisture, and drying everything out. Over the next several days the crew returned several times to complete the work. They took all of our saturated rugs to their warehouse location for drying and cleaning, and ran large fans and dehumidifiers until all of our basement and its contents were completely dried out. Then they put everything back as it was before the incident, almost as if it never happened. From the moment these men arrived at our home, while we were still very upset and stressed about the situation, they were extremely understanding, extremely polite and courteous, and very professional. They treated us and our home with utmost respect, answered all of our questions thoroughly, did things as we requested, and completed their work in a very timely manner. They were efficient, very well-versed, and I cannot stress enough, extremely respectful and considerate. We had what, for us, was a tragedy in our basement, and these men turned it around for us and made it bearable. Within minutes after they left, our little grandson was able to go back to the basement rec room and play on the floor. He was thrilled to have the room back, and so were we.
