Description of Work: Very responsive. Nate emailed me back immediately when I booked him and explained that he was booked out for a few weeks and would get to me as soon as he could. A few days later, he notified me of a cancellation and offered me the appointment, which was the next day! He was thorough and answered my questions and the ceiling fans work as expected. I will definitely use him again!

Description of Work: Hello - I bought this deal but I am not happy with the interaction with the seller. We called him ahead of time and asked him how high the ladder he has and he said 15 foot but he showed up at our home with a 10 foot ladder. Our ceilig fan is high and he could not reach with that ladder. So he asked us to rent the ladder but that is additional cost that we did not sign up for. Then he said he will come back in two weeks since his schedule is very busy which is really too late for us. Can you please cancel and refund our dollars? Thanks [Member Name Removed]
