The company called the day before the work was to be performed to confirm the arrival time. The crew arrived as stated in that call and were extremely courteous and professional. They took care to protect surfaces and worked within the tight confines of the physical location of the air handler without complaint. They gave thorough instructions on the operation of the unit and made sure the new thermostat worked as planned. They were diligent in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to use this contractor again and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work performed.

This install coudn't have been any better. The crew was punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. This was very important to us, as we had to impose on a neighbor to let us cross his prized lawn to access where we needed to drill for the new system. John and his crew were AWESOME. The price was as quoted. They also helped us remove the old system out of our basement. They also helped us with filling out paperwork for the tax incentives associated with these systems. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER with the whole experience and the new system. Disclosure : this is the 2nd system I've worked with N.B. Mechanical on, several years ago, a heat pump died in a townhome I'd bought, and the poor installer worked on one of the most frigid days ever to intall an entirely new system to get me heat and the cost was QUITE fair !!

Charge was exactly as quoted, installer was punctual, efficient and competent.

The guy that came was very nice. He sat down and explained things to us and was very helpful. We were able to file their fee with our home warranty company so we only paid our copay for services. It was a second opinion of services that we were told was needed by another company. There were two things he said we needed but that was it. He took his time, instructed us and told us how to maintain our system.
