Description of Work: AIMS arrived about 30 minutes early which ended up working out perfectly. They replaced my original rollers with "quiet" rollers, replaced missing bolts and serviced the unit including adjusting my garage door to ensure it was balanced and opened and closed at the appropriate pace. I was very pleased with the service and his clarity in explaining the drivetrain and possible next steps when the unit needs to be replaced as the unit is approximately 19 years old, but still working.

Description of Work: Lisa and Ron arrived right on time at 9 am. They were prompt with email correspondence and provided service to my garage door opener quickly and efficiently. They installed a keypad and replaced my garage remote quickly and efficiently. They evaluated my 30 y/o garage doors and openers , and advised me to wait until they were unusable rather than replacing them now. I appreciated their honesty and reasonable prices!
