AIM Garage Doors

When it is perfect, it is hard to top. In every way, this husband and wife team were superb.

I checked Angie and found AIM, called and setup and appointment and they were at the house within a week. Since we moved into the home we had no history of they equipment installed and if any items were replaced so we had them look at everything. They oiled up the tracks and made things a bit 'tighted' which helped reduce some noise when the doors would oepn\close. They also fixed the wiring that was between the doors near the sensors. Since their visit we have not had any issues with the doors and saved us alot of money of replacing parts or the entire system in order to fix it...I would definitely call them again if we need further repair or are upgrading the doors. They are honest, thorough an top notch in my book.

I bought the $89 garage door adjustment with wireless keypad. Before they came, my garage door squeaked pretty badly as it opened and also a loud popping sound happened when it got to the top. They called me to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time. They are a local small business of husband and wife and are very nice and professional. They worked on my garage door and even went above and beyond to fix a few things they thought could be the problem. This was not included in the deal I bought, but they said that they would not charge me for it as it wasn't any huge thing to fix. I really appreciated that. They lubed all the hinges and measured and balanced the door to make sure that it was on track. They could tell that it was not installed correctly the first time, but they fixed that! They then installed my wireless opener and made sure everything worked. I would definitely use them again for all my garage door needs and would highly recommend them to anyone! The appointment was for 9:00 AM and he showed up at 8:55. I value businesses who value my time and keep their word. Before he came my garage door could be heard a block away! after an hour it was so quiet my wife asked me what was wrong with the garage door when she came home that afternoon. He installed the quiet roller bearings and adjusted the door. Also lubed all hinges and balanced the door. It made an amazing difference. This is my garage door company now.

I call in to get an estimate on replacing my garage door. I told them what was wrong with the door and they gave me a solution on how to fix the door and quickly diagnose what the problem was. They didn't try to push a door replacement it was was a simple fix. I even asked about fixing the garage door frame and she directed me to a carpenter who would be best able to assist. This was one of those moments in life where you regain faith in people.

Super people, family owned. Easy to schedule, and prompt. Were thourough, quick, answered all my questions and were very thoughtful and personable. I lost my opener, and asked if they had one i could buy. They keep used openers in van, to give people for free, unfortunately none were my frequency, so they gave me a new one, 10 dollars off and programmed it. Best home repair transaction i've ever had!

If I were to sit down and describe in writing how I'd like the purchase and installation of a new garage door to proceed, Ron and Lisa exceeded my expectations. Promptness, courteousness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness are just a few of the superlatives I'd use. Now I know why they've been accumulating yearly awards for their work ----- they deserve them! I'd recommend them to anyone needing garage door related services. There are surely none better!

Ron and Lisa were responsive to emails, arrived on time, and furnished and installed the safety sensors using existing wire to preserve appearance. They are friendly and professional and I would use them again.

Both Lisa and Ron were very professional throughout the initial estimate and the finished installation. Price was reasonable for the quality product.

I called and spoke to Lisa about our issue with the garage door. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what type of garage door system we had from my description and gave me an estimate based on what she thought the problem was. She gave me her cell number so I could text her pictures of the garage door later that evening. I wasn't able to get to taking pictures until around 8 PM and within minutes of texting her the pictures she replied back to confirm what we talked about on the phone earlier in the day and to confirm our appointment for Saturday morning. Lisa texted to let us know Ron was on the way and he was able to diagnose and fix our issue that day for the amount quoted. The garage door now goes up and down much more smoothly than it did before so we are very pleased with the service. Would definitely call again if we had any other issues. Thanks!!

The new openers have been in use for over a year and both the install and the equipment have been without problems. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and took the old equipment with them.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Ron and his wife. We were "trapped" with 2 cars in the garage and they came out on a Sunday afternoon and performed the spring replacement at a reasonable price and in a very timely manner. I would strongly recommend them for any garage door related service.

For $88, I couldn't expect too much. The rollers were replaced, but my bigger concern was the door adjustments (open and close evenly with the proper tension). The provider didn't provide as much inspection as I would have liked and simply recommended higher quality garage doors and openers. I guess when the home contractor installs the lowest quality door and openers, one cannot expect the performance to be improved too much above basic operation. Overall, my unhappiness has to do with the garage doors and openers, not the provider. To that end, the $88 was not a good investment for my situation.
